I was getting the run around at another dealership. They wouldn't call me back when they said they would so I took my chances on another dealership. I received a text immediately from Natalia and before I could text back she called me. Went to the dealership and 3 and a half hours later I was driving away in my new truck which I absolutely love!! Natalia was so helpful and such a positive attitude, it was a delight to work with her. Finance was also very helpful. I really appreciate the great service, and the results. My first two days working with the truck were very productive. I probably would have lost that had I went with the other dealership. Thanks !!!

I took my car in for routine 90,000 mile maintenance. I was told they did not need an oil change every 5000 miles, and then it was only every 10,000 miles. However, the sticker on my windshield said 5000 miles, and the past I have done every 5000 miles. Also, I was told that my brake fluid had been flushed and changed. However, when I took my car somewhere else to get new tires, they told me I had no brake fluid at all. I had trusted both places, but now I’m wondering who is lying to me. Also, the technician never reset my “maintenance required” message.

I just purchased a used Toyota Sequoia from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. My sales advisor, Cornell, was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made the process smooth and efficient. The price was below KBB and the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and serviced. I left the dealership with 60 day temporary plates (a nice feature compared to buying from a private seller), a free emissions test, the car detailed and a full tank of gas.

I had a wonderful experience with the service department. They were welcoming, efficient and took great care of my Avalon. However, I only reviewed this location four stars due to having questions that only the finance department was able to answer…. Yet on my three different attempts, couldn’t find a finance person to talk to… nor could leave my info for someone in the finance department to call me back when they had time. I’m sure had they known I would leave this review, they would’ve helped me… But I’m persistent enough to get my questions answered in the end!!! 😆😆 I appreciate the follow up response, but I "stopped by" 3 times and was turned away each time. My suggestion... Instead of telling ME to "keep coming back...", find the root of the issue and have someone reach out to me!? :) UPDATE: Down to 3 stars…. Went back for service as (apparently) service is required on my Avalon every 5,000 miles!?!? So had the oil changed at 10.5K, back at 16K for a tire rotation, then will have to go back at 20K for an oil change... 25K tire rotation, 30K Oil... etc. Obviously, the service center is way busy... I had to wait an extra 25 minutes because they had a car parked BEHIND my car (again, obvious that this other car (if it even had an appointment) came AFTER me since it was parked behind mine) and I had to wait for them to finish that car before having them retrieve mine!?!? So, something that was to take (upto) an hour and 15 minutes, took an hour and 40 minutes having to wait for the other car to finish. Poor planning, poor scheduling and all-around hassle. Not to mention I had to call a Service Manager to make the appointment as I called in and left my info 3 times (hence the tire rotation at 16K vs. 15K) ... because nobody ever called me back. Overall, it's just a shame. The people in the service department seem knowledgeable enough, but it must not be run very smoothly if I have to go thru all of this hassle every time (2nd time on 3 months). 30k ***UPDATE***… Down to 2 stars. Two things really bothered me on this visit. One, I dropped my car off inside a cool air condition garage… When I went to get my car, I was handed the keys and told it was outside in the lot. Last time I came, my car was brought to me instead of making me go get it. Two, when I did find my car and got in, the seat was in the wrong position, and the radio station was changed… Two very big pet peeves, that I need to share. Again, it’s a shame that a place like this doesn’t take care of the little things to make your experience extraordinary. But then again, if they knew what they were doing and read these reviews, they would’ve offered me a job already!! :)

The waiting room is great compared to other service departments in town… however, I came in with one dead key battery and left with two non functional keys. They insisted on changing the battery’s in both and ended up just breaking my one working key. 4 attempts at new batteries later, and they only work manually now. No one could figure out what they did or find the old battery for the working key. I left my service with more problems than I came in with.

After my wiring harness was eaten by rodents, I took my car to another shop (Groove Toyota), where they failed to repair my car and released it to me with a failed brake booster. I’m convinced the ratings are inflated or people with easy fixes because I’ve never been given the run around at a shop ESPECIALLY a dealer shop like I was here. If you’ve got anything more than an oil change please consider the negative reviews. This place seems to operate solely for profit and at least in my experience they’re unprofessional and don’t communicate with the vehicle owner. There is no reason I bring my car in for an explicit reason and you do other things to my vehicle without my knowing. promised they’d do my rear alignment but now can’t because they installed NON ADJUSTABLE SWAY BARS WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Tried to sell me a car for way more than it was listed. I found a 4Runner listed for $29,331 on CarGurus, the listing says the price has gone down $4,376. I showed up ready to buy it only for them to try and sell me the same car (same VIN) for $33,698 (29,331 + 4,376 is 33,698). I told them about the lower price but they wouldn’t budge. I’m very unhappy, I drove an hour to see this car ready to take it home and they refused to honor the lower price, can’t say I’ll be coming back.

Had an appointment at 2 PM for a simple oil change. Arrived at the dealership at 1:30 and was told the car would be done in 90 minutes. I noticed the car had not been touched at 2:45 and asked for an update and was told the car would not be done by 3 PM… When I needed it to go get my kids from school. Ended up having to grab my keys and leaving after wasting over an hour sitting there. I don’t know how complicated it is to schedule simple service requests and complete them, but grease monkey is able to do it with ease.

I lease a vehicle took amazing care and then they call me with so much hurry to return the vehicle around the 36 month and then I went to the dealership to return a 4Runner and I have NO OPTIOS than either buy the 4Runner for 36K more on the top that I already pay or what ever is left at the dealership. I ask for a Sequoia at that time I had my credit report at 700’s and up also savings, however they told me that they don’t have inventory and I either get what it was on the shop or walked out. 🤦🏻♂️ honestly is so frustrating. Well I took a Tundra. I regret with my soul. The radio is a piece of junk and the vehicle feels so cheap. I had no choice. They took everything that I had after my suburban. I was just wondering if what they did to me was legal at all. I’m super disappointed with this vehicle. I brought my car to AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe in February for a 20,000 miles service. At that time I had pointed out that the plastic cover on the passenger side mirror had fallen out TWICE. At that time there was NO VISIBLE damage to the mirror. Jason was the technician who conducted the inspection of the mirror. Since that time the plastic cover has fallen out again. Moisture has now sipped in, which was the main concern I had in the first place. David, the current service manager, has told me that there is not much he can do about it. I AM VERY DISSASTIFIED WITH THE SERVICED I RECEIVED, since I brought this problem with them in June 2022 when the car was only a year old.

Great experience leading up to the sale and my sales guy was pretty cool. Negative: Was led to believe that an appearance "package/ clear plate" was mandatory due to being built into the vehicle. Total cost 1600 +/-. Later after it was installed I read documents stating it was not mandatory. One day later after driving the vehicle home the clear plate was coming off. I bought the Platinum Extended Warranty, and yet when I am there, everything is a very expensive up sell. Seems like every conversation is just trying to separate me from more of my money. It’s become more of a sales pressure than a Service Center. I’m considering just finding a different mechanic option, regardless of the warranty. I had an appointment 11 and I had a new girl, she was very nice and asked for help from a co worker. He tried adding on stuff when all I was there for was an oil change, well I was waiting for the service to happen. I look at the time and was wondering what was going on I went out at 2:45 and my truck was still just sitting in the service bay, no communication until I went out and asked what was going on, by that time I was just furious and left.

Waited over 2 hrs for a oil changed that was told would be 90 min trued to charge me 119.00 for a oil change and had to show them a email I received stating oil change was only 79.00 then was told it would be another 10 to 15 mins to wait for paper work went to my truck and had to remove plastic and floor mat myself

I went in for the airbag recall. For the second time, they did not have the correct part, even after they checked and told me that they did. When I picked up the car, the service person admitted that they were giving me back an unsafe car. They also gave me a list of things that the tech said should be done to my car. Considering the car is a 2003, I found this insulting.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. After 1.5 hours I went looking for my car. Nobody knew where it was. Took about 10 minutes to track it down. A ticket had not been written up. So they rushed it through an oil change. About 90% the tires were not rotated, because I had on valve stem missing on my right front before I went in the tire was still in that location. Tires were dirt, but there was no sign of any one every touching them. I have a Toyota care package. I am truly disappointed

I had a problem from the time I bought my car, It would turn off the all wheel drive when the check engine lite came on. I Live in Tabernash. I would disconnect the battery to reset the all wheel drive. When I did get the car near you the check engine light was never on. I was never told anything about how to deal with this problem so the problem persisted until I finally was told that I had to leave the check engine warning on for any diagnostic to work. I finally did that, the light would only come on sitting in my garage in the mountains, and you all have presumably found the problem, four months to late. the warrantee had expired. Your service manager did what he could and saved me a couple a hundred dollars but the replacement cost a thousand.

They fixed it promptly but the issues should have never happened. The car should have been examined prior to me purchasing. They never paid my lyft fare. I live 50 minutes each way and had to go there 2 additional times.

They performed a ToyotaCare oil change on my RAV4 Hybrid. After specifically telling them to make sure not to overfill my oil (because my previous mechanic had done just that), they changed the oil and overfilled it just as badly as my previous mechanic did - about 1/2” over the full mark. The worst part about the experience was when the service manager told me that they had “filled it to the correct level.” If he had checked, he would have known this wasn’t true, as I checked it myself in the parking lot as soon as they finished. He just lied to my face about it. After having them drain some oil out, I discovered a big smear of oil on my center console. If you’ve had your vehicle serviced here recently, double-check their work. If they changed your oil, check the oil level! If they overfilled your oil badly enough, your engine could be damaged. According to my receipt, they put 5 quarts in. The RAV4 hybrid only takes 4.8 - and that’s with a thorough drain. What kind of Toyota dealership is this?

We purchased our new car on April 8th 2023 our sales representative Ryan was fabulous. We noticed on our drive home a sensor was still acting up we notified Ryan immediately and we were able to have it fixed the following week. On that visit I lost my keys although everyone was very busy reception employees looked for my keys, I found them turned into the parts department. The employees out in service were great as well. Jez was great and got me in to have my sensor fixed and notified me as soon as it was ready to go.

Brought my tundra in two weeks ago for its 90,000 mile service. Two weeks later and While under my truck I notice my rear differential is leaking from the fill location,not the drain plug. I brought my new RAV4 in for its first service at 5k miles. The only issue was that the light for low tire pressure was on which I mentioned to reception person. I specifically asked if they would ckeck the tire pressure. Took 90 minutes for the service which was apparently only a tire rotation. The tire light was off when I picked the at up so I thought it was fixed. Next morning the light was back on. So back to the Dealer a couple days later. The explanation was that the outside temperature was cold the morning I brought the car in and warm enough when I picked it up to increase the tire pressure. I didn?t have to wait in line for the tire check this time and the ?service? was fairly quick. (20 minutes total but the dealer is 42 minutes from my home so the extra trip took an hour and 49 minutes.

After test driving and credit check I was informed the price was incorrect, and that if I wanted the car I would have to pay several thousand dollars more. While my salesperson was very professional, this is no way to conduct business. I have tried several times to get a hold of the GM to no avail. So if you need more customer service, don?t see anyone around lots to help, but might be due to todays labor market. Sim Lee was assigned to help us get keys to car for test drive. We usually go to this place even if it is very far from where we live because we bought the car here and service is usually top notch. But this last time we went for an oil change and tire rotation was disappointing. We scheduled our appointment at 2:30 pm and we were already there at 2:15 because we were coming from lakewood and it is a long drive for us. We checked in and waited because it usually only takes about an hour to an hour and a half. 2 hours go by and it still wasn't done. I asked somebody that was at the counter what's going on and she said I had to talk to the one that received my car which was Stephanie who was on the phone. Then another hour goes by and I finally went to Stephanie to check what is going on and she said "That guy probably has your paperwork" as she points to the guy on the other side. She was not very helpful and did not even update us as to what was going on. So having an appointment was pointless.

Cat converter stolen from our Prius last November. Late March to get the part in; they didn't notify me as soon as it was available -- I had to call. Replaced the converter, installed shield, replaced battery that had died in the meantime - $4K. Picked it up; started flashing a check engine light before we got home. The service folks were great, took it back at 5pm on Saturday night and tested very thoroughly before they re-released it on Tuesday. (But the code probably means the hybrid battery is getting ready to give out, another $3K.) Good little car, good service folks, frustrating experience for reasons mostly out of their control.

I was very pleased with the 50,000 mile service performed on our 2018 Camry and the explanation of the Multi-Point Inspection items. However, I called Mike Humpert, our service technician, on Friday morning, the day after our service to report an issue. I noticed a chip on the black plastic trim on the edge of the driver's door. I hadn't noticed the chip prior to the service at AutoNation. I would appreciate being able to talk with Mike about this issue. Thank you.

I came for paint repair under the recall that’s going on. There were definitely some hiccups in the process and when I got my car back there were a few things they forgot to connect (like the tube to my windshield sprayers) but I had my brother do it pretty easily. Overall everyone was pleasant and they tried to make everything really seamless for me but they might just be overwhelmed/busy and overlook some of the smaller details.

I am traveling through Denver, Colorado to Phoenix, Arizona and San Diego, California and then back to Shawnee, Kansas. I needed routine service. I called Arapahoe Toyota and they scheduled me for a 9am appointment. I showed up at 8am and they adjusted their schedule to fit me in but it would be a 90 minute wait. They had my car ready in less than the 90 min. They did a complete liquid level check, air pressure check & rotation of tires and oil & filter change. The charge was a welcomed surprise. They did not charge for the rotation and they thanked me for my military service. I will return to the Arapahoe Toyota the next time I'm in Denver. I'm on the road again!

Took my Toyota Avalon Hybrid for a safety recall/repair and was treated to an excellent service experience. Appointment was right on time, specific repair work was outlined and completion time detailed. I opted to wait in the service waiting room and it was spacious, free coffee and wi-fi! My car was ready within a few minutes of the promised time and a complementary car wash was included! I have always had a good purchase and service experience here and am very glad to see that it is still at a high level of customer care.

Had oil change . Then they came out with their check list of things that they said were needed. They said battery cables were corroded. But there was no corrosion. The cabin and air filters were mild dirty . They said both were dirty and needed replacing. Then they said there were going to wash the outside of the car. Did not do it. Had oily hand prints front there service technician. Inside and outside of car.

Purchased a Toyota Certified 2020 Tacoma Off Road 1/17/23, on the way home, discovered wheels were out of balance, alignment was off, the center dash display worked intermittently and the physical key in the only smart key didn't work on the door, glovebox or tailgate. All but the center display and the key(s) were solved on 1/23. On 2/7, the key issue was resolved (they didn't have any parts on 1/23). On 2/12, got a check engine light - code reader at the dealer said it was the thermostat. They cleared the code and sent me home. On 3/2 the code popped up again, I borrowed a code reader from a friend and sent the salesman a photo and the service advisor an e-mail. The salesman responded but the service adviser did not (turns out there was a death in his family but no one was covering his e-mails, phone or text). On 3/7 the code popped up again, cleared it - no response from anyone. On 3/9 got the code again and cleared it, sent text to salesman and left a phone message for the service adviser - no response from anyone (turns out the salesman was on paternity leave). On 3/13, got a message from the salesman explaining his absence. He also gave me a name and number for the service manager which I called on 3/15 - waited in the phone queue and after 15 minutes left a callback number. Got the callback a couple of hours later and was supposedly transferred to the service managers phone which somehow rolled to an unknown employee and then hung up on me. Tried again the next day and waited 10 minutes in the queue and hung up. Finally on 3/16 drove the 30 miles to the dealer, met with the salesman and finally with the service advisor - both apologized and set up an appointment the next day. I arrived at 7:30 and around 10 was informed that thermostats were on back-order. I was asked if an aftermarket would do and responded yes. The truck was ready at about 2PM. As I pulled out of the dealership I noticed the center display wasn't working again so I returned to service (one of those things you can't repeat when it's in the shop) after an additional 2 hours the problem was diagnosed as a loose wire and fixed. So far, everything has been fixed but getting to that point was a trial I wouldn't put anyone through in my business. Some of the issues are supply chain related, the employees are diligent once you get their attention, but don't bother trying to contact anyone through the main phone number - they're woefully understaffed. Thank god all this drama was covered under the Toyota Certified warranty though it cost me 3 long days sitting in the waiting room.

I came for my first oil change after purchasing my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. I had prepaid for four oil changes. When I arrived, they said I had a 2018 Highlander with no service plan due to mileage and age of the vehicle. Nothing about my check-in was correct. In fact, the service agent had to go check records to make sure that the vehicle I had was in fact a 2019 4Runner. I drove in with a 2019 4Runner. Couldn't tell just by looking at it... The service for oil change and tire rotation took about 40 minutes. Was that too fast? I have suspicions that not everything was checked. I don't feel very confident about this service center...

It 's mostly easy to schedule service on Autonation's website (just a few glitches in the system). It's nice having a dedicated service advisor too. This helps build a relationship and ensures continuity. The service advisor was at my window before I even had time to look around for her. We appreciate that she asked when we'd like the vehicle to be ready.

I'm a new to the world of hybrid cars and a few months ago purchased a Prius. Then I was out of town for a chunk of time during the harshest winter we've had in a long time and in sat in the garage. When I returned and tried to start my car, it wouldn't start, there was a battery error. I jumped it and took it in to Autonation Toyota to get it fixed. It was a very positive experience. They checked things over and the simplicity was that the battery was drained and needed to be properly recharged which they did. Then they answered all my questions about how to prevent this in the future and then ... they didn't charge me a thing! The whole experience was gratis! I appreciated their honest handling of my situation.

They were supposed to find and diagnose the whining noise. Couldn?t figure that out, then as discussed they were supposed to put a dye in the A/C to see where the leak is coming from. They had my car from 8:45 until 5:30 and did nothing but refill the A/C. My car is still making a whining noise and not giving 100% power. And the air conditioning will be back to broken in a day after the coolant runs out. They took my money and didn?t help one bit.

I arrived around 2:40 pm. It started off nicely. I waited about 5 mins before someone came to check me and my granddaughter in. 4:23 I received a call saying the service was completed, but before they finish would I like to have my battery service and cabin filter? I said not at this time. I ask if it could wait until the next visit since I was already at budget. He said OKAY and should be done shortly and would come and get me. We waited until 5:00 pm and then went out to check on my car because everyone who was in the lobby came after we were gone, and we were still there. I know this was not the first time this has happened at this location, but I was trying to let the past be the past and give them another chance. Well, the guy was walking over to my car when we came out and he brought the vehicle up so that we can pay and leave. He said he tried to wash but the car wash stopped working, so one side of my vehicle was washed. I said OKAY, but think why didn't you get something to wipe off the water from the other side of my vehicle? I paid and then put my granddaughter in the vehicle while I looked for something to clean my windows off so that I could see her driving home. I was upset because the 4 men that worked in this area were looking holding up the counter watching me while I cleaned my window, and not one of them ask to help. We left and I kept smelling something burning, Something on Sunday and Monday. So, Monday I received an email video from Jose regarding the battery sever and cabin air filter. So, I checked my vehicle and saw that the cabin air filter was not put back into the vehicle.

I walked into AutoNation and was greeted by Gary. He showed me some available models and answered some questions despite how busy the location was. I was able to test drive the new 2023 Prius and decided then to purchase the vehicle. AutoNation made the transaction easy and applied my trade-in. The location is very clean and all the associates I interacted with were kind and accommodating. I went back a few days later to have some accessories installed and found the service department to be the same quality and the drop-off and pickup was simple.

My car notified me that my grill shutter was inoperative and my engine light came on. I called AutoNation and they were able to give me an appointment soon after the notice. They reset my computer and test drove the car. It was ready by lunch time! We literally had to wipe/clean everything again. The extra key was locked away so they had to send it- not a huge deal just annoying. Ive had the car almost 2 weeks and am discovering pretty decent issues, which, its used so… but i figured they’d fixed anything that would be a major problem.. then today (again almost 2 weeks later) i get a call from the salesman telling me the bank is rejecting the loan because my husbands drivers license is old and was taped together until we got him a new one (it was already in the mail at this point) Luckily, he received the license last week, so when i got the call, i was able to send the new license. That was asinine. (Looking forward to refinancing through my own bank!) And since i got the call, i asked my salesman if he could look into the service bulletin about the issues we are having, he cant because hes nkt there- Instead of maybe passing it along to someone else to get me some insight, he cant. I wont go back. Pueblo Toyota was night and day difference from here!

Beware! From start to finish I had a horrible experience. The customer service over the phone when I inquired about the vehicle was less than stellar. I went to look at the vehicle and decided to purchase it. The paperwork process was very hurried. When I reached out to the finance department the following day I left a voicemail that a month later has not been responded to. I contacted the sales person I worked with several times by phone and email over the last 4 weeks to request a cancellation of the warranty I was sold. It wasn’t until I said I’d contacting the BBB that the sales person rudely responded. He took a picture with his cell phone of a document to cancel the warranty. Not a document to e-sign or a fax. This is almost 2 weeks ago and I have still not heard a word about this issue. I would never do business here again. I will be reaching out to the BBB as well as the Attorney General’s Office because I don’t want this to happen to someone else. Don’t tell me I can cancel a warranty anytime I want them completely ignore me.

This place is the worst. We bought a brand new 2022 Highlander from them and they lied to us about everything. They told us it had features that it doesn't have. They lied to us about what features would require subscriptions after 1 year. They held us hostage in the Finance department until we agreed to buy some extended coverage plan. At our first service appointment, it turns out they lied about what was covered by the coverage plans we purchased. I would never let anyone I care about buy a car from these monsters. This dealership is run by crooks. P.S. They offered to remove SOME of the phony surprise fees if we promised to give them good reviews. They are buying good reviews, so keep that in mind when you read these.

Prepaid service plan. 55,000 miles service with vehicle wash: The Assistant Service Manager was pleasant to work with and did a good job of keeping me informed as I waited at the facility for the work to be done. The Assistant Service Manager was very apologetic about how long it was taking to get the job done. The service shop did not appear to be very busy however it took 2.5 hours to get a simple multi point inspection and car wash done. I understand that the car wash is basic however the detail of a fully clean (exterior) back window was overlooked and I had to complete myself.

Service rep helped me with the cost estimate and gave me no pressured on the continuing service. However the cost of fixing a sensor was way to high and the hourly rate is too high at almost $200 an hour. The wait time was too long to get an estimate of what it was going to cost. I had an appointment at 10 am and I still had not heard anything until after 1pm. No work done just an estimate given. Seems like I could have gotten the diagnosis a bit quicker then 3.5 hours with an appointment. So are they overbooking?

Worst car dealership I went to. I brought a car from Autonation Subaru October 2022 than the car failed within two months. After the three day grace period Autonation Subaru did not care to help me out. The transmission of my car blow out within TWO MONTHS. When I took my car to Toyota Groove for a diagnostic test looks like the transmission was overlooked before they sold the car to me. The car was under warranty so we took the car back to Autonation Subaru keep in mind at this time my car was gear locked. The first mistake Autonation Subaru made was telling me to drive the car in the snow with a locked gear because there was no “service person” available. So on my way home, in the snow the car completely stops in the middle of the road during the snowstorm, all because they told me the car was “safe to drive”. While they working working on my car for a whole month they did not offer me no type of rental car until I had to complain. Third, when I was on the phone with the advisor that was working on my car he first told me I wouldn’t be able to get rental until two weeks. After I mentioned I wanted to trade my car the man miraculously found a car within minutes. They lie a lot. I wasn’t able to use my car for nearly a month and few days. Lastly, after I received my car they broke my car front windshield now I have to bring my car again!!!!!!!!! Please save your money and don’t purchase a car from here.

The sales experience left a lot be desired. My sales person was friendly but did not have enough experience for my preferences. I had done my research on the vehicle so I knew a lot already. The sales person did not cover much about the vehicle with me and did not know the answer to some basic questions. I learned significantly more about the vehicle, the warranty and Toyota from the person who did my financing - he was great! They low balled me on my trade in and insisted that I had to pay the costs for anything they chose to do after I traded it in such as inspecting it, cleaning it and putting new (unneeded) tires in it.

I was told the water pump was the issue for my engine light. I went ahead and agreed to the repairs that were suggested. After getting front brakes, water pump, and filters replaced, the engine light kept turning on. I also had a new problem that was never there, before. My car was rattling when I made full stops. I was told to something else was wrong. But all of this was a new problem I did not have before. The last thing was that my part needed to be ordered and I was told by the tech that my car was safe to drive, when in fact it wasn't. I got a message to pull over and NOT safe. So I was stranded in Denver.

I really like the reminders that service is needed soon. I did not realize you have to schedule so far out to get an appointment. I would like to remind service techs, theses services are not “free” . I paid a good amount of money to have my services provided during my contract. Both times I’ve had something done on my very new (less than 5k miles) car, the words free has been used. Maybe use included in your contract.

Poor experience. 2021 Tundra does not connect with SOS or Remote Vehicle access and after four hours sitting in the waiting area, no solution was found. Suggestion was made that I call Toyota Customer Service for help. This is an added responsibility for me which is difficult to find the time to do. I paid the Toyota fee to enable remote start to no success.

Overall the service was good, but there were three things I wish could be improved: 1. When my service was finished, I received a text notification (awesome), but when I returned to the bay my specialist was no where in sight. There were many specialists in the bay, but it was as if none wanted to make eye contact for fear I’d ask them status on my service that they’d have to help me with. 2. I never received a copy of my service report 3. I had to ask about the splash guard as it was not mentioned in the final summary. When asked about it the service tech simply said he took it off and left it in the pit, since it couldn’t be reattached. That’s fine, but a. I would have liked to know that and b. They should have given me the option to take the old part back with me.

we were there for about 5 hours and our salesman had at least one other family he was helping, and it was very obvious that her was too busy to focus on one person. my husband went out to do a walk around the car(we had looked at it about a week before) and noticed that the tire was curbed and the rim was damaged, turns out the salesman did it when he brought it out for us to test drive again. we asked what could be done, he said nothing with a little more conversation we were given some touch up paint to fix it ourselves...we discussed the interest rate of the loan with our salesman and he was able to get it down .8% but when I got back to the finance dept to finish up(after my husband had to leave with our infant daughter so she could nap, since we had been there so long) the % rate went back up to the initial quote and they refused to honor what the salesman gave us, although the paperwork was right there. at that point I had been there for 5 hours, it was dinner time on a Saturday and I had to be at work on Monday, so I had no choice but to suck it up and buy the car...while waiting for things to be processed our salesman stood over my shoulder and insisted that I give him a 5 star review, and wouldnt leave until i did it, i felt completely overwhelmed and pressured to give a review especially because i was tired and hungry after being there for so long. When i finally got in the car to leave, there are 2 chips in the windshield that weren't there previously and I had a half of tank of gas.... kinda sucked the whole way around. it was the 1st time I bought a car in16 years, and I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone.

I took my 4Runner in because I wasn’t able to get the key in the driver door. They informed me that someone had attempted to steal my car and that’s why I couldn’t get in. They also replaced my air filter but it was making a strange noise. I took it back a second time to address the noise and they were able to quickly fix it. The first individual I worked with was confusing on the phone but in person everyone was very kind and generous!

Then it appeared that incorrect information was put in the work order creating unnecessary work and inspections that added a day to the job. Find 3 odd things!! At this Autonation Arapahoe location 1. Had a car oil service coupon. They said only if I pay from my own pocket, only then they will honor it. If a throes party pays, then they will not honor and charge me the FULL oil change of $110. I won't go to them again. Will go to some other place atleast will get 3yrs 36000 miles warranty by other places. 2. Done dude in their location who sells Toyota warranties, was possibly forcing a person to buy extended warranty on a vehicle which looked almost like me or certified to me. I heard their talk and it was very sad that this employee was literally using FEAR tactics to force the person to buy extended bs warranty and possibly charging the person a lot. A typical sign on lenders or warranty sellers is to use fear and take advantage of people who are naive. I was sad to see that, instead of telling the person about how they can save their car investment by taking to his car insurance to have better coverage, low deductible etc, he just ripped that person by telling who liked liked immigrants, that if they don't buy car extended warranty, the person will lose everything if car is totaled. Then he also said, he is helping this naive person first in the line after skipping 3 other people who were lined up to talk to him first. Totally lost faith, especially on that person, because he couldn't make an eye contact with me, while he was explaining all that forceful way of selling his policy to make profits for self and Toyota. Well never recommend a friend or stranger to go buy Toyota or Toyota extended warranty.. people are so selfish these days...i saw that in his eyes few times... while he tried not to make an eye contact. 3. The car trade guys here are bunch of clowns. They will offer you nothing good for your car, and will sell you some crap car for more than kbb + force sell you car extended warranty which will probably not cover anything important that usually fails. These people are the worst who do trade. Not good soul i can tell by taking to them when they low balled me

So they were going to rotate the tires. I mentioned the tire light being on and when I picked up the car the light is still on. I don’t know if they did anything to the car?!! 🤷🏻♀️

MY EXPERIENCE: People pleasers stay away from these folks. I was pushed to make quick decisions, not going through the car enough/test drive long enough to make a good decision. I bought a 2017 accord.(taking it to a mechanic was out of the question) so I trusted them, not all people are bad right? This vehicle needs: motor mounts, valve cover gaskets, 4 new tires, and the right hand mirror fell off after going through the car wash because it was broken and slapped back on. All in, I had to put $1800 dollars in repairs to this vehicle. PLEASE INSPECT THESE VEHICLES, THEY DO NOT. I doubt they will try to fix this, so I wrote this review. Shoddy at best car dealer.

I feel like AutoNation was dishonest with me. When I traded in our vehicle, they said it was worth a certain amount and that all they could do (site unseen). They mentioned I could get it re-evaluated once I brought the car in but they rushed to the paperwork (which was ok on my end). Once I brought the vehicle in, they said it was verified pricing wise. A week later, I see my trade in being advertised for almost 6 times the trade in value I got. I know I will never get the best value trading into a dealership, but this was bad. I called back asking about this and they said "well wouldn't you be paying a markup elsewhere?". This is the dishonesty. If AutoNation would have told me "we are going low on the trade in due to the high demand of the vehicle you want, and that's how we keep our pricing at MSRP", I would have not been blindsided or lied to. After this experience, I would not recommend or purchase a vehicle from Auto Nation, and I wish I would have waited for my vehicle order from another dealership that I had. My sales reps were John Titterington and Gabe Ricketts, and I recognize they don't have the power to make the calls that I am upset about, but the whole experience left a sour taste.

Service-related. It took two hours and two requests for call back From the service department. This situation is frustrated by the fact (per the service manager) there are only 14 persons answering phones for 13 local dealerships. I finally gave up and started an online chat to simply schedule an oil change and the chat person was impatient and exited the chat too early to answer a question I had. I had to start another chat to get that answered. The oil change went OK but then after leaving in traffic and being two miles away I realized the dash indicator still read "oil maintenance required", so had to return to get that reset. Very frustrating. No apologies from the service advisor. If I hadn't bought an oil change package from AutoNation I wouldn't return.

Dishonest, would never buy from them again. I bought a used 2019 4 runner in march 2021 and was told the push bar and details on my car were custom from Toyota when it was built, no one would have this. I was also told the manager if the auto department was the owner and never a problem. I found out that my 4 runner has a new engine in it because the orginal engine blew. The owner before me which was a sherriff in arapahoe told me. I questioned the manger at the deslership and he said ge didnt have to report this on car fax and he didnt care and was rude and extremely disrespectful to me. NEVER buy a car from people who lie about what you are getting. Horrible customer service!

I had a service appointment on Sept 21 2022. My appointment was at 2pm. I arrive on time. The technician said it would be about 45 mins - 1 hour. I also stated that my tires are all on different PSI level and need to be fill up. I waited inside. About an hour go by I had thought my name was called. So I went outside to check. As I was waiting for my turn to talk to the technician that had checked me in. I turn around and saw my car was just being pulled in to service in to the bay. As that time we were about an hour and 20 mins into the appointment. I mentioned to another service technician that I thought my name was called. Seems like I was mistaken since my car literally just got pulled into the bay. The tech said, we usually are about 90 minutes out (by then its about that time), he looked at his watch and saw Oh, im sorry were running behind. I walked back inside and kept on waiting. not even 10 minutes later I got an auto text from the dealer that my car was ready. which is beyond unbelievable. I came out and stated my concern. How was it my car just got pulled into the bay, and now its ready not even 10 minutes after. The tech stated, oh well we have workers under the bay to do the quick oil change, were quite efficient. At the moment my mileage was 17k, the tech stated that they did the 20k service since it was so close. I made sure to confirm if they did do the tire rotation, oil change and my air tire pressure. After leaving, I pull up my Toyota app and all tires pressure level was not fill up like I had mentioned. The cabin filter was not changed. The tires was also not rotate because I have with plastic dip, they were ripping off. The sides of where they were ripping off is still exactly where it was before I went in. The maintenanc
