I bought my car here a few years ago. The price was great and it didn't feel as if I was getting a bad deal, despite the dealership obviously needing to also need to be making money. I ended up with a service package that was included thanks to the person helping us out. I generally make appointments and solely have gone to this AutoNation despite being able to take it to any AutoNation dealer. The wait is never too long, with my first two oil changes taking aboutban hour. This last time they estimated an hour and a half which had been spot on!

Answer the phone, not place customers in the phone loop where it just keeps, looping around and around. Have service reps answer/return phone calls within a reasonable period of time. As experts, if you don’t know what’s wrong, don’t just guess and charge for a misdiagnosis nor did it fix the issue. I had my Lexus looked at in Dec 2021 for light indicator on dash/brake light issue. $236 later issues continued. I called & called, days, weeks. Finally, I was off from work so I came in to make an appointment to bring it back in. I stood there for a some time unacknowledged until a guy finally stopped and asked had I been helped. I said no and he then brought me to the desk of a guy who had looked at me several times but never offered any assistance nor even said, someone will be with you shortly. I told him my issue and how I had called over & over about the issue but no one ever returned my call and I was always put through to the rep’s voicemail. He says, well he’s been out for last few days. I said it was months ago. I brought it in for my appointment on 5/11 and Was told it was something else (sockets were bad) which would be $1,000 to fix. I am not at all impressed with this service. Then I was told, we can’t refund you the $236 because that’s what the tech “thought” was the problem but we can charge you labor at “warranty rate” $600 which doesn’t include the cost of the parts. Never returning there! $236 lesson well learned.

Although I didn't purchase my car through AutoNation Toyota, their service department has always treated me as if I did! I am often able to get in there for service sooner than at other local Toyota dealerships. They are honest with me about what needs to be done versus what can wait a little if I prefer. Any problems with service performed are dealt with promptly. If I truly have any negative to offer, it's with regard to the cost of parts and service sometimes: and those are out of the control of the dealership, laying strictly with the hands of the Toyota corporation itself. I have had a Toyota in my life for over 30 years, going from Tercel to Camry to Camry wagon to Sienna to RAV4, to hybrids. I'm very happy with the quality and service overall (or clearly, I wouldn't have remained with Toyota for so long)!

Jeremiah helped me with my car today and makes getting 6 month checkups pleasurable, efficient and fast. I waited for the service but did not need to wait very long. By the time I took care of the business I had on my cell phone he was done. This serviceman goes up and beyond in the friendliest manner than any other I have had taking care of my car. I needed advice on a few scratches in my car and he had recommendations to help me with that issue! When he was done, he clearly related what they did and stated my car looks good. I recommend this service team to anyone seeking quality of care. He facilitated putting a hitch on my car and wow he did a superior, beautiful expert job. I am very very happy!

Everyone is very courteous and friendly. It’s been very difficult to actually get an appointment online. I had to call but even that was difficult at times to get through. I’ve never had an issue with anything being wrong after having my car serviced. However this last time the wiper blade on the driver side had plastic coating /cover left on the wiper it was rubbing and scratching my window. T maintenance required notice was not reset on my display .

I know I'm going to get your generic response in which you seem to reply to anyone who complains or has anything negative to say. We were promised $21000 as a minimum offer for our car over the phone. We drove 40 miles and were told that there were no defects in the car but that you could only offer us $19000. Its almost like you told us whatever you had to to get us to bring the car in and then used our visit to try and work us down in price. We then tried to call your GM as suggested in your answers to complaints in this thread and were told that the GM was not there and he just drops in occasionally and they didn't know when he would come by for a visit. Very disappointing and unprofessional. No wonder car dealers have the reputation that they do.

Bought a used car from them, fair upfront pricing. No issues thru the process. Honored their word to order replacement wipers for me next day. Process was quick and easy. The car was in great shape and I strolled through their used cars lot, all cars are recent models and seem to be in excellent conditions. Their prices are fair and a lot of times below kbb value. Offered various protection plans from the finance manager. I highly recommend you do the math and your due diligence. The extended warranty is probably a good option for peace of mind but do your math, do you really anticipate to spend 4-6K plus deductible on maintenance in 30k miles? If yes you should reconsider the car you’re buying. The windshield and tire protection plans are questionable, windshields are to be replaced with no deductible from insurance by law in most states. The tire plan, well, you’ll have to change tires at one point of time regardless, I’d rather have the option to choose my tires and shop for price. THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE POINT, just a recommendation to do your due diligence. I’m registering the car out of state and they said they will process all the paperwork, will update the review with the outcome. Overall good experience.

My experience at AutoNation Toyota (Arapahoe) has always been great. The customer service is wonderful. I've been able to make an appointment and get it quickly to have my Highlander serviced. William Grubb is my service advisor and he is so friendly and helpful. I love my 2017 Highlander, btw :) Have a great day!!

Gary Hess was amazing to work with as we talked through our options . He was very patient as I contemplated which vehicle I wanted. In the end he was able to sell us a highlander that I drove home with. Gary never pressured or came across as a typical high pressure car salesman. Whether we had left empty handed or with a car I would have recommended Gary to my family and friends. Roberto made the financing paperwork easy to understand and took the time to explain anything we had questions about. Thanks again Gary and Roberto.

Service Here either sucks or they take there Time on purpose. Literally waited 7 hours for one tire replacement. After everyone was coming and leaving before me I was the last one there and it looked like they weren't even doing anything just talking.

Service on my old 1998 Toyota Camry has always been excellent at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. I am so appreciative for everyone there starting with the service advisors and the inspection crew for taking such good care of my car. They are always honest, never trying to convince you to do anything that is not necessary at the time or charging too much. They explain in detail what they have done and alert you to what may need to be done in the future. I have almost always waited for my car in their nice lounge, and the wait time has always been very reasonable. The service managers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I especially appreciate my latest service advisor, David Bantock. On my latest visit, Monday, he must have noticed that my steering wheel was too high for me. I never thought to mention it, but when I picked my car up, it had been perfectly adjusted to my height. He has kept my car running smoothly in spite of the age of the car, and I hope he will be able to continue as my service advisor.

My salesman is David Hantman and he did a great job beginning till end. I didn’t buy my first visit but David followed up with me afterwards and we eventually made a deal. I also received a automated response from the General Manager Adrian which at first I was happy to see. Don’t expect a answer to your reply if you do he must not have time or pay attention to the emails with his name sent out. I’m making this comment to point out since car sales are time sensitive he might want to delegate this task to someone else. Just saying……. Other than that like I said it went well. Big shout out to the operator who’s name I wish I could remember but actually there are two eager to help in anyway they can.

Probably want to stay away from this dealership. Went to look at the RAV4’s for our daughter. Liked the car but the dealership refused to sell us a car. They said since we did not want to trade in her current vehicle they would not sell us a car. What kind of CR@P is this. Shady dealing, I thought this kind of practice was gone. Just my 2 cents, I will not give them my business.

Horrible service experience here where after two incorrect diagnoses, I took my car to a real mechanic who doesn't guess. Downside is they still charged me for a bunch of work I didn't need. Then they offered to buy the car from me and when I got there dropped the offer by $2 grand. Sketchy and unreliable company to say the least besides the fact they told me to put tape on my car which damaged the paint job

Rating 3/5 stars because we did end up driving a car out of the lot, and the Sales Rep Danil was kind and understood our needs. But - I have some general complaints. The whole process felt like a game, like they were trying to exploit us at every turn. I understand that’s just ‘the used car business’ and I don’t fault the employees for this. But younger folks like us are flocking to places like Carvana to avoid the arduous process of buying a car at a dealer. I got financing pre-approved and knew the exact car I wanted, so I was hoping to opt for a quick home delivery. Apparently that is not an option, and I see why. Somehow we ended up at the dealer for over 4 hours, even though I was just ready to write a check and get out of there, I didn’t want to negotiate or anything. I can go into more detail, if anyone is interested: 1) When we first arrived at the lot to test drive our vehicle, it was covered in dirt, like top to bottom. No other car in the lot was like this, which should have been a red flag, but hey we’re naive first time buyers. Danil told us they would detail the car once we buy it, which I viewed as kind of a perk. Fast forward, we buy the car and are ready to drive it out the lot, and lo and behold it had been keyed or scraped all across the hood, and there were super noticeable nicks across the fender. With the car covered in dirt, these were not visible. Only after purchasing the car were we able to assess how it truly looked. That seemed so deliberate. 2) As mentioned, we were already pre-approved through Colorado Credit Union walking in the door. We got a great rate from them, and the dealership was visibly frustrated by this. First, the dealership tried to tell us the loan needed to be vehicle-specific for them to approve. We called the bank and they said this wasn’t true. Then the dealership tried to tell us we needed to be members of the bank to approve the loan. We called the bank and they said this wasn’t true. They finally told us the APR was actually .25% higher than what the bank approved. Can you guess what happened next? We called the bank and they told us this wasn’t true. Just like that, 1.5 hours wasted to be approved for the terms of the loan that we were literally already approved for. 3) We caught them in a bit of a lie regarding the odometer reading. They gave us the CARFAX report showing the vehicle had 3 previous owners. When the 2nd owner sold the car, the odometer apparently read 23,456 miles. But according to their records, and the online listing, the car currently has 23,456 miles on it. So the 3rd owner drove 0 miles apparently? And for the record, the 3rd owner was sold the car by Autonation Toyota Arapaho. When we looked at the odometer, it actually read about 20,000 miles. There was clearly something they weren’t telling us. Their answer was ‘the Honda dealer told us it had 23,456 miles when they fixed something that was recalled’. If we assume this to be true, then why did they even tell us there was a recall currently on the vehicle? Wasn’t it fixed by Honda then? Best case scenario, they missed a detail and input the wrong odometer reading by accident for 2 sales (us and the mysterious 3rd owner). More likely though, they wanted to up the mileage on the car to either give us worse loan terms, or increase the likelihood of selling us the warranty. 4) After completing all the paperwork with Danil and choosing our loan terms that the bank had already approved, we waited about 1.5 hours to talk to ‘financing’. This person’s goal was to sell us on a warranty. Like Danil, he was friendly and understood our needs. But bc of the incentives at play, he had to pull out all the stops to try and get us to buy a warranty. He honestly offered good terms after we denied a few times. Just didn’t make financial sense for us. He did take ‘no’ for an answer and sent us on our way, but it was just another 2.5 more unnecessary hours at the dealership. I will certainly never step foot in a dealership again, and I’m sure many other folks of our generation will feel the same.

They were very helpful, said they could get the parts in the next day, and scheduled time for me to bring in my car. The pricing was as expected and they had my vehicle in and out same day.

Impressed with the professional approach for this business. They appear to be supportive of their customers. We have purchased vehicles from this company in the past and have been impressed with their sincerity. Our 2018 rav-4 hybrid was in service at 19700 miles. Yes, low mileage for this car! Due in part from the Pandemic. Purchased a 3 service package, to both save some money and also to maintain this vehicle. Although all vehicle costs have increased, at least this provides some savings over the next two visits.

Toyota camry needed a thorough inspection after being rear ended by a semi-truck and a 4-wheel alignment. Appointment time was met, work was performed and car was ready for pickup within 2 hours. Very profession, courteous and efficient. The total cost was comparable to what I would expect to pay at any quality repair shop.

Went in for one of two free oil changes with my Toyotacare. As my car doesn't have a conventional oil for it, they only offer it every 10k. I have to pay for the 5k interval. I also got my summer tires mounted. Was quoted $100 by the service manager. A bit high, but fair for dealer pricing. Time to check out, and the total bill was higher. Labor is non-taxable, they had added a 'shop charge'. I asked what it was for, and was told "shop supplies." After a 'discussion,' he finally applied some discount code, and the bill was back to where originally quoted. Keep an eye on these guys, dollar here, dollar there. Will not be coming back after my free services are completed.

The salesperson, Mike, really hustled for us. I let him know we were coming in for a specific vehicle and it was pulled up front and ready to test drive when we arrived. It was detailed well and smelled nice. The financing didn't take too long either. We loved working with Denny! Such a great team at this dealership. We bought from them 12 years ago also. It was a fantastic experience!

I had an appointment at 7:45, but the mechanics aren’t there until later. I sat in the lobby until 3pm that day. My vehicle was serviced for normal routine after 100k miles. While servicing the vehicle, I asked for the brakes to be checked. Well the brakes did need to be repaired and I needed new rotors because I was told they no longer could be resurfaced. I’ll be honest I did not anticipate how long it took to get the vehicle back. Spending all day there was not what I had planned. If you’re thinking I should’ve taken the shuttle, I live to far from the dealership to do that.

The staff are friendly and helpful but the wait times are ridiculous. Why aske someone to come to an appointment when they their car will not even be touched for another 90 minutes? I had a puncture and spent a combined 2.5 hrs in the service area over 2 days and the same happened at my first oil change service - have people come in at the time they can be seen.

Tom always meets me as soon as I arrive, informs me throughout the day in regards to the status of the work being done on my car, and provides a complimentary car wash. This is the only Toyota I go to based of their amazing customer service. Tom deserves a raise!

My one suggestion to autonation is greet people at there window, and let them know what you would like them to do.

My son was on his way back to college 45 miles away from home, but only 2 miles away from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. I called Autonation the next day and was able to get my sons car diagnosed and fixed at a price close to the quote with in day. Alex communicated well with me throughout the repair and was there to deliver a good as new vehicle. This was a very good experience. One thing that is minor, I was quoted a price for the repair that did not include shop fees and tax, so when I paid the bill, the repair was below estimates, but the total was higher because the "extras" were not included in the quote. This happens all the time, but I have trianed my regular service writer to give me the bottom line with all costs in the quote. I would recommend AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe.

We just stopped by today around 5:55 to go check our cars. We were told that it was closed but one of the employees let us check the 4Runner. While we were checking the 4Runner he kept talking on the phone and wasn’t talking to us. While he was talking to us my mom said TRD to know more about it he laughed and said that it wasn’t that. He thinks that we don’t have money for these types of cars. We should all be equal no matter the skin color it is 2022 we should all be treated equally.

Took it for an issue with had with our Rav4 and were presented with a $9500 statement, while the tech telling me this is a known issue with this model and year. When looked at the work performed, they have not even checked the engine oil level, the main issue I was there for (was charged $50). Will never buy another Toyota (had four cars from them) and the customer service is definitly going down the hill.

My 2003 Tacoma's fan belt was making a loud noise. Autonation Toyota found the issue and tighten the belt. The service adviser, Trenton said they tighten the belt, now no noise. Also to my delight no CHARGE..and in a very timely manner.. What else can you ask for..

Went to the service department to get my 30,000 mile Toyota Care and it took over 2 hours to get done. Was also suppose to have a broken part fixed but was informed they didn’t have the part even though they were supposed to have ordered it. Mentioned they send back after a few weeks if the part isn’t used but no one ever called me to let me know the part was in. I definitely wouldn’t go back there if I hadn’t bought my car there.

My 2019 tacoma was towed in for a break override malfunction and charging system system malfunction that completely shut the truck down, it would not start period! The manager in the Service dept responded quickly and hooked my truck up to the computer immediately and diagnosed the problem and even fixed it within a couple hours. I didn't have an appt and being a single mom they made my feel of top priority and handled the issue professionally!! We have bought 4 vicheals from the over the last 4 years and they will always have our business! Thank you!

If i could rate it -0 i would they service is horrible they allow their workers to hang up on customers and be rude if you go here please don’t let GIOVANNI assist you his attitude is horrible and he’s very unprofessional. I bought a used car from here and the very next day it wouldn’t accelerate so i took it back. Giovanni then tried to sale me a car for a cheaper price than the first car but the taxes on the second car was wayyyy more than the first car even tho the car was cheaper! I then just asked for my money to be refunded! He was very rude about it told me it’ll take 7-10 business days for me to get all of my money back. I say okay and leave. Now today i called up there to see would i be given the same CASH i gave him and he tells me no it’ll be a check so i asked why can’t he give me the cash i gave him! Everybody know when you cashing a large check they are gonna take quite a bit of money from it to cash it! So i go on to ask him okay so since it’s a check why do i have to wait 7-10 business days he replied because that’s our policy and it’s up to us when we want to print the check and give it to you! Then i go on to tell him that’s not fair because i now have no car due to him selling me a bad car! He tells me i don’t have to explain anything to you then hangs up the phone in my face.

I didn’t have to wait long here for my mileage based check ups. At other Toyotas, they had always overbooked and the earliest time slots still had 10 other cars ahead of you on a weekday. Service was quick and easy. Would go back here

David Butkovich Was great to work with has excellent communication skills, We bought a Jeep for our daughter and they were able to help us out with financing even though it had high miles! The only downside was them trying to force me into purchasing extra warranty which would’ve tacked another $10 to the sticker price. Thankfully I’m tough and said NO overall very happy with our purchase.

I found the process relativeley easy. I found Victor, my sales person very responsive via email. The transaction process was much longer than I would have liked. It felt like the delivery sales person, Sergio on behalf of Victor, would be with me for a few minutes then go away for 20 minutes then come back with a bit more info, then go away for another 20 minutes, etc. This took nealry 1.5 hours from the time I walked into the dealership as aranged over the phone. The finance person was efficient and explained things very well, I did not feel rushed as I read the various documents. I did have my own financing through USAA and a large $18K deposit with me so that might have helped the finance situation. Once I finished with finance, I was back under the care of Sergio. Again that portion took much longer than anticipated. The reasons given to me by Sergio were that the vehicle was in detailing, then he had to get the vahicle gassed up, the he had to get some other vehicle gassed up. Once the actual incar delivery took place, it was not as comprehensive as I had expected. Sergio went through various features quickly and at a very high level, some features I later found on Utube which contradicted what he explained. My constuctive criticism would be that the selaes person at delivery needs to treat the customer as his/her only customer until the customer leaves the parking lot. Might not be as efficient from a productivity standpoint, but as that is the last contact the customer has with the dealership, it should be memorable. Javier Maldonado

There’s quite a few inconsistencies, some people have their service advisor come talk to them inside and then for me I just get a phone call when I’m already inside the building. I don’t even get the phone call after giving them my phone number. They call my wife who then texts me. They just need to be more consistent with how their service advisors do things.

I'm extremely disappointed that this dealership is refusing to sell vehicles to customers that do not have a trade in vehicle. I reached out to ask what the process is to reserve or order a vehicle and was told that unless I have a trade in, I can't and would have to wait until a vehicle arrives at the dealership that has not already been reserved. Total B.S. because not every customer has a trade. In my particular situation, my lease is coming to an end and the manufacturer does not allow third party pay-offs, which means I cannot use the vehicle as a trade. As someone that has purchased a vehicle from this dealership in the past, this is not how you retain customers.

Bought a car from another auto nation and it had big issues!! Was told to take it to a toyota dealership so we took it here. The service department here was amazing!! They figured out why my car was having issues starting in the morning (fuel pump) fixed the problem also found that the water pump was seeping fixed that issue as well under my warranty. David in the service department was so great to work with. He let me know what was going on every step of the way and was able to fix both these issues in a timely manner! Highly recommended them! This place is a joke, If you have trade in, you'll get a vehicle, if you have trade in, they don't want it. Just making up things. They sell their majority of New vehicles to fleet. They mostly park their new vehicles behind the building, i had seen bunch of new car covered in dust, i asked my sales guy, he told me it's all reserve for the fleet.

The service guys are great and I’ve been impressed ever single time I’m there. Only draw back and why I won’t return is having to schedule far out for a simple oil change and it takes HOURS as well as expensive to get the job done. I drop off the car and then go back and pick it up when done which is a hassle. I would prefer just to go over to grease monkey, wait 20 minutes and be on my way. In addition, I can always go to grease monkey for them to top off fluids or check air pressure at any time before the next LOF change

I recently purchased a new 4Runner from AutoNation Toyota. I asked that they not install a front license plate and use dark tint when they have the vehicle tinted. I didn't want holes to be drilled in the front bumper. It took a few weeks for the vehicle to arrive as expected and I got in writing from the salesperson that he would make sure the front license plate holder would not be installed and the window tint would either be dark orthey would wait for me to arrive for delivery. When I showed up the front license plate was installed and huge holes drilled in the front bumper cover and incredibly light tint was installed on the front windows. The salesman lied to me and told me it was a legal requirement for the front license plate attachment. It is not. A front license plate is required in Colorado, but where it is placed and how it is attached is not a requirement on the dealer but on the owner of the vehicle, that's me not them. The window tint is a complete joke and does nothing for heat or privacy and will have to have it redone costing me more money. AutoNation was deceptive. To make up for it, my salesman offered me his price discount on parts but the parts desk didn't offer me the same and so it was another deception. I will not buy another car from them. Update: It's been over a month since I purchased the 4Runner and have left a message for my salesman and the sales manager but still haven't heard back. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTONATION ARAPAHOE TOYOTA.

Have called and stopped by several times hoping to pay a deposit and get put on a waiting list for the privilege of paying over msrp some day in the next 12-18 months for a car and even then can’t get anyone to talk to me. If Toyota ever gets around to actually building a car- I guess I won’t be the lucky one able to overpay for it. I understand there’s a serious shortage of cars but several other brands are at least willing to treat me like a human when I walk in the door. I’ll never buy another Toyota again.

I had my RAVA4 in for its 5000 mile maintenance. In the past this has take at least 1 hour if not more. I was surprised that it took less then 30 I was more surprised that it appeared to do little. The tire air gauge was on when I dropped it off and it was on when I picked it up. It would have been nice if they had checked the tires, as it turned out I had a slow leak.

We ordered a 2022 Toyota Highlander and was told it would take at least a month for delivery. It was built and delivered in two weeks. We were amazed. Toyota said it was very unusual- and doesn’t usually happen that fast these days. Car is beautiful, exactly what we wanted. We worked with David and he was awesome!! He returns calls, texts and spent a lot of time late in the evening showing me all the bells and whistles and how to use them. In this crazy time where the car demand is high and inventory is almost non-existent, we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received.

I saw a car I wanted online, called and spoke to Bobby to hold it for me, arrived and did a quick test drive, went in to do paperwork. Bobby was great but waiting my turn for the financial guy took over an hour. As a cash paying customer I thought it should have been faster but I guess first come first served. Overall it was a good experience. I didn't check the charging outlets to learn after leaving they don't work. My phone died in the store and I didn't have a way to charge it. Again, overall good experience.

This place is so awful I honestly can’t help but laugh. I received a call on a Friday about a car I inquired about. I was told a similar vehicle was in transit and was asked if I could come in sometime the following week for a trade appraisal and deposit. We agreed on Tuesday. I asked if I needed to come sooner and he told me he didn’t want me to waste my Saturday sitting at the dealership, but then later he messaged me (it’s now Friday evening) saying if anything happened to the car in the meantime it was out of his hands. I said I’d be there first thing in the morning. After arranging childcare, driving 45 min, etc I arrive when they open Saturday to find out the car sold the previous evening, no courtesy call or anything. I was so infuriated, my hands were shaking and I got up and left. I later reached out to the salesman who told me he’d call me the following week with the following months allocation of vehicles and I’d get my pick of color. I didn’t hear anything until I reached out to the manager the following week. It wasn’t until I reached out again the week after that (two weeks later) that I heard about the next allocation of vehicles. I did not get my pick of color, but a suitable vehicle was available in the next trim up. I went in for the trade appraisal/deposit. Told they didn’t want my vehicle for trade in, fine, but that making a deal was contingent on having a trade in or paying an additional several thousand dollars for “upgrades” that I don’t need for my vehicle. So basically trying to increase the price of the vehicle with unnecessary costs. Sleezy, sleezy, sleezy. I walked away and will move forward with a different dealership and literally will never step foot in this place again. Even thinking about it gives me the creeps. You are not a person here, you are a dollar sign. They are incredibly dishonest and manipulative. Avoid at all costs unless you’re really looking for the gross car salesman experience.

I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere. Before purchasing a vehicle at this location on Dec 28 2021, I asked Luis the salesman if there'd be any issues with getting tags with me being a Texas residents if I purchasd through them. He said no that they'd just charge me TX taxes and they'd send off the paperwork to Texas for my tags. ok simple enough...I decided to purchase. My temp tags expired February 25 2022. Well 2 weeks after that, stil no tags. So after not being able to drive my new vehicle that I'm making payments on for 2 weeks I called the dealership. The title clerk lady Jessie stated they sent it to Texas DMV and they received it Jan 28th and it's out of there hands. So I called Texas DMV, come to find out the dealership over charged me for taxes on the vehicle (substantial according to DMV) and that they sent the check back and was waiting in the new check. DMV was dealing with Lauren the title clerk. I called the dealership and then spoke to Jessie and she said someone would call me. Nobody called so I called. I then spoke to Dave Swafford (come to find out after calling Toyota corporate today he is thos locations CRM) he sent me new temp tags to get me through until May and that I would be hearing back from someone in regards to getting the money back they over charged me. Well here we are into April, still no tags and no call about the money. So I called them yesterday. If they answered they'd transfer me to someone's VM. So I called Texas DMV and spoke to the same clerk who has been in talks with Lauren the title clerk and she said they have yet to receive the new check from Auto Nation Arapahoe. She said to reach out to Lauren. So yesterday I called for Lauren and was sent to Melissa's VM. Left a vm requesting a call back and what it was in regards to aa well as Lauren was familiar with the on going situation. I also texted Dave their CRM asking on a follow-up. No response from him nor did Lauren or any of the title clerks call me back. So today I reached out to Auto Nation. Finally Melissa answered, I explained again what was going on. She stated Lauren was there and asked me to hold. She then came back and said Lauren was out for lunch and one of them would call me back. I asked to speak to a manager and was sent to VM. And of course I haven't heard back from anyone. So I reached out to Toyota Corp. Made a complaint. She informed me we'll walk the chain of command. 1st we'll see if Dave could help their CRM. I explained I texted him yesterday and called and no response back. She was like oh...so she reached out and asked for him to call me. He's off today and should call tomorrow. If not I can call back and escalate it. I told her I would give until tomorrow since Dave was not off yesterday and could have replied or called...but I'd their CRM doesn't return my call tomorrow with answers to where's the money they over charged me and where's the check they should have over nighted to Texas due to their over charge is the reason for the hold up. But if not resolved tomorrow that yes, I'd want to escalate higher. She assured me I could. So hopefully Dave there CRM who ignored me yesterday will get this resolved tomorrow. But stay away from dealership. I noticed before writing this others have said this dealership are scammers on google review..I can see why Such ashame they're reflection on Toyotas name.

Very timely turn around on my 95,000 mile maintenance appointment. The oil change wasn't due until about 98,000 miles, but they performed it anyway since I wasn't sure if I would be in town by the time it got to that mileage. Elliott was very efficient in driving the shuttle to my office and picking me up to get back to the dealership to pick up my car. My contact service rep, Hunter, was also very efficient in getting my info when I dropped my car off, and reviewing the work done and getting me back into my car when I picked it up.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. I have had nothing but negative experiences with Autonation Toyota Arapahoe since buying my vehicle. A month and a half after trading cars I receive a call from the dealership saying they forgot to obtain the title to my previous vehicle and needed it two days prior. After speaking with Joe Bates, pushy salesman, he tried getting me to drive an hour that day to bring it in even though it was there mistake. When I arrived the next day with title in hand no one knew what I was talking about and took over an hour to figure out I just needed to sign it. Shortly after, I take a trip and discover the car has a massive oil leak “so big the dealership had to have known about the issue” before selling. Save yourself the time and money and find somewhere else. The lack of communication, professionalism, and honesty is a liability and I regret doing business with Autonation Toyota Arapahoe.

Stole a car from us and sold it to himself even though we had it reserved! In three words this business can be best described as: unprofessional, unhelpful, and in knowledgeable. Went to this dealership to test drive a car we had set up an appointment for o drive, showed up to drive the vehicle and we’re ready to purchase and then we’re told by sales staff that another salesman just bought the car. None of this was communicated prior to our visit our we would have cancelled. The staff had no worldly explanation for why this wasn’t communicated and offered poor customer service. Terrible practice to waste potential customers’ time and to market a product that isn’t available. Tell your customers your true availability and get with the program or you’re going to lose a lot of business and potential customers. Unacceptable service.

I noticed my tire on my Lexus wasn’t holding air and the last time I tried to fill it, I noticed the nail < >>. I was fortunate enough to get to the dealer during a lull in customers, on a Saturday, no less! Prompt and quick service. I saw them put my vehicle on the lift and take the tire off the rim, all before the service advisor was done typing. I said, in my mind, they’ll be done before you haha! What I *didn’t* know was all the extras I got with just a tire plug. They looked over everything, checked my alignment, looked at my filters (which I needed one and I had horrible flashbacks of Jiffy….peanut butter…names changed to protect the innocent lol). So they did that (wasn’t the normal air filter, it was a different one) and then washed my car! How did they know I was headed there next? Voodoo magic mind readers I’m guessing. When I got in my car there was a large bottle with blue fluid. I got out and said “I don’t think you meant to leave this in here”. They said, no, it’s all part of the service. Wait, what? I noticed it was a bottle of wiper fluid good to -20 degrees! I just wanted a plug and I got all these extra things??!!? Granted, I paid for the filter, Fair enough, but all the extras I got were surprising to me! Left in a way better mood than when I came in. Had great service and exceeded what I went in for.

I took my Tacoma in for a brake issue. I was notified that my truck was extremely low on brake fluid and that it was dirty. They recommend a brake flush before moving forward. I week prior, I checked the fluid and so did another mechanic. There was plenty of fluid and no reported leaks. So we are off with some lies and dishonesty. I was then contacted and was told that the master cylinder may need to be replaced but they were not sure if it had a bypass pump. I would think the Toyota mechanics should know what’s in their vehicle. In closing they found a rebuilt master cylinder and installed it. I’m not sure this worked for the original problem but I need more time to be fair. The whole thing started out bad with the lies. It’s hard to get past that.

One thing to keep in mind is that ask for the details of the services covered in the package and modify it and get rid of the services you do not need as per your needs else the entire recommended package will turn out to be very costly

I had a warning light that my brakes were malfunctioning and to contact the dealer. I made an appointment online and when I arrived I sat in my car for a while before anyone came to help me. A service man Bill approached me and was very friendly and helpful (unlike the previous experiences with the other staff members). Turns out the wrong head light bulbs were installed when I messed it and caused an electrical malfunction. Thankfully it did not cost me anything as it wasn’t my fault, slightly annoying but Bill had it fixed quickly.

Had a new tire sensor installed by third party. sensor light was on. I took the car to get service for a recall and I asked to get the light reset, I was told I needed to pay a $50 dollar diagnostic fee wich I did. then I was informed that I needed a new sensor installed for $450 REALLY I obviously declined cuz the sensor on the tire was new I took the car to Charles Shwab and they reprogram the new sensor in 2 minutes and didn't even charge me. Toyota did not even bother to try to reprogram the sensor all they care was for me to waste an extra $450 dollars am really disappointed 😔

Got a good deal on the car, got screwed on the service plan that was "included" for 2 years. Went in for the first oil change at 3000 miles at the direction of my salesman. Was told by the service department they do not do oil changes at 3000 and to come back after 6000 miles. Came back at 6000, service department again says in to early for the oil change. I demand it be done, they tell me to come back at around 10,000. They also informed me that i do not have a service plan and that i would have to pay for the oil change. This is the second car I've purchased at this location that somehow the promised service plan was messed up.

We had an appointment scheduled with 2 dealerships. We decided to go with AutoNation Toyota after speaking with the sales associate, Mike Meis, as he seemed more engaged and understood what we were looking for. At the time of the appointment, he had a selection of vehicles that we were interested in and within our budget. We found what we were looking for within 45 minutes with no additional sales tactics. The only downsides were the two hours of waiting for financing (after we already came in with check in hand) and not a full tank of gas (considering gas prices right now). However, finance was able to work with us in getting an extended warranty for 5 years and 60k miles, without breaking the bank and they did offer when we were in the area to stop in for a tank fill up. All in all a fairly painless, stress-free experience.

The only reason I gave two stars was because of Jason, one of the service managers. He was super helpful. I had an appointment for a recall notice. I was told it would be the repair and then I was told it would just be an inspection. When I dropped the car, I was told 1 to 1.5 hours. Well 4.5 hours later I was still there. As I sat in the waiting area, I saw and heard a man selling Rolex watches to the employees in the GM's office. I watched approximately 10 employees walking back and forth across the waiting area again and again...at least I think they were employees, none of them had Toyota gear on or a name tag or anything identifying them. There were approximately 25 additional employees that criss-crossed the waiting area dozens of times that were identified as employees. I walked the lot looking at cars and was never one timed asked if I needed help. I've bought two cars from this dealership but doubt I'll buy here again.

I went in for some standard service and they did a good job. The service department was friendly and clearly explained all of the things they were going to do and the cost. The only negative is that the person who drove my vehicle to the front for pickup was a heavy smoker and the inside of my vehicle smelled like smoke. It was so bad that I had to drive with all the windows down for several miles in the cold. Overall, I would 100% go back to this location for service.

I worked with Mike Jones on the purchase of a pre owned vehicle. He was the absolute best to work with! I came in on a Monday morning before I had to travel in the afternoon with the intention of looking at a couple of specific vehicles. Neither one was going to work, so Mike tile me to head out to the airport, and that he would keep an eye out during the week for vehicles that met my criteria. I came back on Friday and he had personally test driven another truck I liked so I was in and out on Friday! He was fantastic to chat with, just a real no pressure, down to earth kind of guy. Can’t wait to work with home again!

Fraudulent online promises and know nothing sales people. I visited their website about 2 weeks ago, I scrolled through about 2 dozen Toyota Tundra that were available for sale, in transit. I chose a Limited one that was about $60k. After I gave my basic information the site said " No one can claim this vehicle but you" select time to come in. I selected a time and went to the dealership. When I got there. I talked to the nice reception lady and she referred me to a couple of sales people behind her desk. I told them why I was there and they asked me my phone number and checked on their computer and said the vehicle is already sold. I told them I have an appointment, they said their website is really to be trusted or something to that effect. I went home and looked again and the truck was still advertised as for sale. I tried to contact a manager left a message but never got a response.

Overall had good service. Only thing I would say is that whoever worked on my car was a smoker so once they gave me my car back it smelled like cigarettes in my car. At least put a cheapy air freshener in the cars so they smell nice so at least when whoever gets the car back it smells better than when they dropped the car off not a lot worse.

I just passed 140 k miles on my 2008 Highlander and it is still running very well. I attribute some of that successful operation to the excellent service I receive on my car from Auto Nation Toyota. I used the quick lube service and waited for my car while the service was performed. As usual, all of my interactions with service professionals was just that, " professional" I was advised my car would be ready in less than 90 minutes and it was. My only regret is that Toyota no longer has new cars in the lobby for me to look at while I am waiting. I used to enjoy sitting my " my next new car" while waiting. I was relegated to watching the many TV's showing NCAA tournament games, which I did enjoy with my fresh cup of coffee. AutoNation has treated me and my car very well. Thanks. PS: I have worked with the parts department on several occasions to complete minor repairs/replacements in the past. Also excellent service from them. Well done.

Bigger is definitely not better! First of all, their website says they have 24 Rav4 vehicles in stock even though they actually have ZERO. Not helpful at all either. They wouldn't even help me with estimates unless I was committing to purchasing and ok with them running my credit score. Left here with more questions than answers. Heading directly over to a smaller Toyota dealer, where I pray to God I can actually get service.

Half star for AutoNation if it is available. I had two cases for the March 17th, 2022 appointment. First one was Toyota care which went well. Second one was to check my Apple Carplay not working, and that was not professionally done by them. They told me my car was not equipped with it, which contrasts to the window sticker. I called AutoNation on March 19 and talked with Tony Ray. He referred me to talk directly to Toyota USA. I asked him why they didn't tell me on March 17. Wasting my time and energy. Toyota USA handled my case well.

Worst experience of my life buying a car from Autonation Toyota. Finance guy misbehaved with me and when I called his boss to compliant he never responded my call. Paid for accessories and the sales guy told me that he will call me but never called and when eventually he set up an appointment it took 4 days for service to install side steps. Let me be clear. I have never had a worse experience in a service or sales environment in my entire life. I consistently left messages for service representatives over the course of two weeks and was NEVER called back or assisted. I foolishly scheduled an appointment through the scheduling department to have my vehicle serviced, I drove an hour and a half to get there only to be told there was a scheduling mistake and they wouldn't be able to see me that day. They explained that AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe was the busiest auto servicing retailer in the United States and, while I'm unsure of the truth of that claim, I felt profoundly disrespected. Beware. UPDATE: It is nearly 6 years later this dealership still disappoints. I went with my wife to look at buying a new car and the following happened: - The apparently irritated salesman texted my wife asking if we were almost there (no appointment had been made or was necessary) - The salesman made us wait for a half hour while he effectively brought back a car price quote we could have printed from their site. - Was unyielding when we told him what our desired monthly payment was and even went as to say with a passive aggressive tone “this is too much car for you” - Loud music and general unprofessional behavior was observed from the staff This dealership could have gotten our business by suggesting we get on a waitlist for a model with less features, or offered to schedule time to drive other similar cars but they made it clear they were uninterested in our business. Buyer beware and don’t settle and give your money to a subpar business.

I am extremely disappointed in the response to my extended warranty that i received at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. I firstly contacted AutoNation several times over a week before I was able to bring in my Tacoma with a brake problem The ABX wire harness was broken at the connection to the rear axle. This happened while i was driving on the interstate. I was told that the wire was broken by an outside influence. I asked for an explanation but received none. I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty which was supposed to cover everything other than items that wear out. This was not worn out but broke during normal highway driving. I would not recommend purchasing the extended warranties or for that matter a vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!! Wow. They could not have been more rude. The salesman (Uzi) never offered a test drive or any price reduction and spent 30 minutes printing me one sheet of paper. Then I said it was too much he told me to “knock myself out trying to find something else” and that I was in over my head. Wow. Did he offer to put me on a waiting list for what I really wanted? No. Did he text me relentlessly through the day to see when I was on my way? Yes. Disgusting. That is all!

To be honest it’s hard to give a 5 Star review for any car dealership right. They all have that stigma of being unfair. Well, I’m not just saying this because I got lucky and found the exact car I was looking for. The salesman Gary Hess did a great job working with me. The car, Rav 4 Hybrid is so hard to get right now. I called the dealership and Gary answered. He was true to his word and found out the car was available. He agreed to hold it until I got there and the rest was history. He was easy to work with and as fair as any salesman you’ll ever work with. Some things are out of his control but he did his best to get the best offer for my trade. I buy cars every two years and would consider going back to see Gary. Unless somehow I figure out a way to keep this car longer. P.S. To the General Manager change those reserved spots for the customers. You can park in the lot like everyone else!

The saleswoman forgot about this rule. She looked up a new Rav 4, I was excited, then went to talk to the manager...they absolutely would not sell it to me because I didn't have a trade in. No other reason. My car was totaled in an accident. This is why I don't have a trade in.

We had spoken previously on the phone and I informed him what I wanted and my budget. I purchased a RAV 4 Hybrid XSE a few weeks ago and the experience was terrific. Aaron Wright was a delight to work with and he really hustled to ensure my complete satisfaction. it was during Toyotathon and the place was packed Aaron was literally running between customers. After a great deal of research and driving to other dealerships from several makes and models, I settled on a Hybrid RAV 4. Aaron and the AutoNation team gave me the best trade in, by far, for my car and then Jesse Christy in Finance tailored the warranties to what fit my driving requirements. All in all, it was one of the best auto buying experiences I have had. Update...my wife drove my RAV 4 and decided she wanted one too. AutoNation (Aaron Wright and Jesse Christy) sprung into action and got her exactly what she wanted despite the shortage of vehicles nationwide (RAV 4 Hybrid Limited). Again, they offered the best trade value for her crossover and warranties tailored to her driving. Two SUV's in a month. We are now the proud owners of his and hers RAV 4's. This service center was very unprofessional from the beginning I made an appointment over the phone and when I came into get my car serviced no one could find my appointment and the collision rep that I was supposed to have an appointment with said she had three other appointments booked at the exact same time and none of them were mine she then passed me along to a service rep named David who seemed very helpful at first however while he went on a weekend vacation my insurance rep could not find my car at the service center because David closed out my ticket and the person who I called and spoke to you at the service center was very rude and told me that it was my fault that I collided with a curb during the snowstorm and he was sorry for me instead of apologizing for the incompetencies of their reps. When I came to pick up my car two weeks later my car was given back to me on E! and David said he doesn’t know how the car was returned back with lower gas then when it was given to them and I would need to take my car to a different dealership if I’m owed a tank of gas after paying $2000 for them to fix a wheel on my car. I would never come back here again

I made an appointment with the service department for an oil change and inspection of door lock actuators. The service rep at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe was friendly and efficient. Offered a service package by Toyota that saved me about $200 on 3 oil changes and 2 tire rotations. They didn't try to sell services I didn't need, and there were no extra charges. Didn't charge me for inspecting locks. Will certainly return in the future.

I love the car I bought from here. However, the dealer who was in charge of the car and who I was talking to was very nice, but didn't seem to know a lot about the process or the car I was interested in. Then the financial guy was very persistent on me buying the extended warranty and when we finally put our foot down and said no, he was very clearly upset and his demeanor changed. We were there to buy a car, not get hassled and talked rudely to because we didn't want the warranty. He also had "raised" his voice when talking about the loan process and contacting banks. Probably would not want to work with him again.

Only downside is the car was not properly cleaned on the interior when I purchased it. Upon driving off the lot I saw crumbs and larger pieces of food between the center console and both front seats. Overall a positive experience, but having to clean this myself after purchasing the car was less than optimal.

However, I only reviewed this location four stars due to having questions that only the finance department was able to answer…. Yet on my three different attempts, couldn’t find a finance person to talk to… nor could leave my info for someone in the finance department to call me back when they had time. I’m sure had they known I would leave this review, they would’ve helped me… But I’m persistent enough to get my questions answered in the end!!! 😆😆 I appreciate the follow up response, but I "stopped by" 3 times and was turned away each time. My suggestion... Instead of telling ME to "keep coming back...", find the root of the issue and have someone reach out to me!? :)

We came in to service our 2018 Highlander. Alex was knowledgeable and thorough. They offered flexibility with my schedule. The only downside is going to a dealer is more expensive. But not all mechanics are set up to do a 60K service, check a USB connector/fuse, updated the Maps chip, and price extra parts (ski rack). Overall we're happy.

My 2007 Prius had to have its hybrid battery replaced. First quote was 4,000.00 and probably a month with no car because there weren’t any available. In 24 hours Rick not only found a battery, but the replacement cost dropped to 2000.00. And, I got my car back in 24 hours. I literally cried in relief. Everyone involved was polite and helpful. My car even got a much needed bath.

My husband has been looking for a Toyota for several months. He finally found one at this dealership, an hour and a half from where we live. He was able to put a 48 hour hold on the car and set up an appointment for the next day at 6:30 pm with Victor C. Victor emailed my husband and said they don’t hold cars. My husband emailed him back with the 48 hold confirmation. Victor stated he would discuss it with his supervisor. The next day we make the 1 1/2 ride to the dealership only to be told someone was there signing paperwork on the vehicle. We asked to speak to a supervisor who gave us a story about inventory and they can’t hold cars without deposits. We were never offered to pay a deposit on the vehicle. We drove down with a 100% intention to purchase the vehicle and would have gladly put a deposit down. The people purchasing the car hadn’t put a deposit down, they had just walked in off the street. While we were there, the same exact thing was happening to another woman. This dealership is sleazy. If they aren’t going to honor holds, they need to remove that function since they “haven’t been doing holds without deposits for months”. When I mentioned an attorney, he said he wouldn’t talk to me and I’d have to talk to their attorney. When I asked for the attorneys information, he said I’d have to call corporate. When I asked for corporates contact information, he walked off and said he couldn’t talk to me. Even though he couldn’t talk to me, he ambushed me with a copy of the email that I already had. Awful, awful, awful. Heaven forbid someone were in a situation where they needed a car right then.

I had a very positive experience with AutoNation this week with one of their customer service representatives. Hunter Gloss gave me clear explanations on what my choices were and did not pressure me to take the more expensive option. I decided to use Toyota brake pads instead of the higher priced ones after Hunter explained that the higher priced break pads could possibly wear out sooner. We also talked about wheel alignment and that the vehicle was starting to get out of spec. Hunter asked me how often we drive the car and since it's a 3rd vehicle for my husband and I we don't drive it that much. So we decided to wait until next checkup before doing a wheel alignment. Hunter made me feel that customer satisfaction was more important than selling more or higher priced services. I was actually quite shocked as its been a very long time since I felt like I could trust a repair shop to not oversell me.

We purchased a new sienna a couple of weeks ago and we are so grateful for Taylor K's help and patience throughout the process. We had a delay in getting some paperwork for the car we were trading in and they worked with us so that we could get the deal done. I was skeptical and nervous at first because we had to drive awhile to get there and we had a bad experience at another dealership in Denver a few months ago. But AutoNation stepped it up for us and we love our new car. Part of the film on our mirror started bubbling and we drove it up there and they replaced it and fixed the issue. I am also grateful they didn't charge us over msrp for our new car.

1 month prior purching my 4runner, I called the dealership and spoke to a manager (cant remember the name). I was told that the 4runners at the moment are selling $15,000 over MSRP, so if you not willing to pay this then you can go somewhere else. This was very upsetting. I then waited and went into the dealership when my dad was getting his car serviced and went to look at the 4runners, the friday before I purchased the 4runner and I was from management that they are NOT selling in 4runners today until they get the ceramic coating put on. I looked it up and they are going to up $2,500 more so thy can make more money. I told them I didn't need or want the ceramic coating on the car and they still and management still out not sell it. the window sticker of the 4runner before the ceramic coating and then the $2,500 price increases with the ceramic coating added to the car. I then went in on saturday and they wanted to charge me more for the 4runner because of the ceramics coatings. Greedy management. I know how low sales are for all dealerships because if shortages but customers don't need the harsh treatment. Also I hard from a few people that went to try and buy a car there and they were told that if thy don't have a trade then No car deal. I cant believe how bad this dealership is getting. I really hope that something will change. They have great sale people and they are the one suffering and management doesn't care for the Sal people or customers any more. ALL THEYBWANT ITS MONEY AND TO SCREW EVERONE OVER!!!!!!

Fool me twice, shame on me…RECURRENT blunders at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. My Highlander 30k mile maintenance last week which included tire rotations and numerous safety checks. My husband and I marked the front wheels with blue marker because this service department failed to comply with our rotation wishes two years earlier. The service director assured us two years ago that it would never happen again and it just happened a second time! Upon picking up the car, I noticed the tires had not been rotated. When I told them I knew they hadn’t been rotated, the technician said he only did one side due to tire tread. I called him on it, because both front tires still had our mark on them. They then took the car and rotated the tires. He also mis-represented the thickness of the brake pads, which we later took to Brakes Plus for a second opinion. The Toyota service department indicated 4mm, when it was in fact 10mm. The condition of the engine air cleaner was also inaccurate. Toyota showed it needed attention, and it was one month old as my husband had changed it already. My husband checked the electrolyte level in the battery when we arrived home, because Toyota showed they checked it. All 6 cells were below core level. They did change the oil and filter…whoopee! Overall, this 30k maintenance service at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe was substandard at best and terrible at worst. We were indeed fooled twice, what a shame.

Dishonest, horrible customer service, the sales person Mike Elario never answers email, text, phone, lies and says he'll get back to you but never returns emails/calls. When you show up in person, he plays dumb like he had no idea you were trying to get a hold of him. They lied about the condition of my vehicle, they said they would get me a rental while they fix it, and now they won't return any messages. I previously had to call corporate and complain because they were jerking me around after I signed for the car but couldn't even drive away with it. Literally 3 days after I finally was able to pick up my car, there's issues with it. I called but couldn't get a hold of anyone probably due to it being the weekend and Sean the service manager doesn't work on the weekend. So I called immediately Monday morning. Now there's an issue(s) with it, and I was told by Sean the service manager that they would definitely need to look at the car and when I asked about a rental etc, he said and I quote "this will come out of the sales department's check." Meaning they would pay for the service/repairs and the rental. I was very specific in asking about that. Sean set up an appointment for me to bring my car in, but he can't get me in until 9 days after when I called. So in the meantime, Sean told me to talk to the sales person. So then I called Mike Elario and told him what Sean said about repairs/diagnostics/rental and that the sales department would be the ones covering it. Mike told me he needed to talk to his manager and would call me back the same day. He did not call me back. So the next morning I emailed him, didn't hear anything, so I texted him, he didn't answer that, so I called him and he didn't answer the phone, so I texted one last time and he still has not answered. I need whatever repair to be done and I need a rental. I was told by the service manager that this would definitely be taken care of by the sales department. Now I can't even get a hold of them! RIP OFF!! Don't go here!

We are looking for a used first car for my son. We found a potential fit on the website. I called to inquire if the car was available and spoke with a salesman, I explained I would be driving 45 minutes to see the car and he indicated it was there. When we arrived and spoke with the salesman, he explained that a lot of body work needed to be done and he didn’t know when that could be scheduled. We were confused as the photos show a perfect body and interior except for the screen on the navigation tool. Once he showed us the car, it was clear that the car was totally misrepresented in the photos and in the description. The interior seats were stained, ripped and in irreparable condition and the body had scratches and dents on most sides. Yes, this is a used car, but for $15,000, I expect more. At least, the the courtesy of the truth! The photos were obviously stock photos and not the car on their lot. This experience was a total waste of 2 hours and Autonation Toyota won’t be trusted again in my book.

I thought the people were amazing. I was greeted by J Ledbetter then Anthony Ray took over. I dealt with Pat and Chris and a few others that I can’t recall their names. When I picked up my car Anthony wasn’t there so a gentleman seated next to his desk helped me. It was so smooth and everything was explained so simply and right on. I know and understand everything done now and for the future. Everyone there was awesome. Every person, especially Anthony, went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Anthony helped a few other customers while helping me and was respectful and courteous to them also. He also helped some colleagues and did it with respect and knowledge. The attitudes shown go over the top of the rating chart. I don’t know if all Toyota dealerships are like this but the Arapahoe Toyota in centennial is a wonderful dealership, in my opinion, and I would recommend them for everything from buying to selling back/trading a car and everything in between.

Had a great experience! I am use to having a bunch of salesmen pounce on me when I go to a dealership. They didn’t. I had one that took care of my wife throughout the entire process. I was told the issues with the vehicle before I looked at it. They also disclosed things they would fix. So appreciate transparency! Prior to seeing the vehicle, they fixed the engine light and they told me the issue. They talked to my wife and I equally too. Neither was more important than the other. Even though this was 75 miles from home, it was well worth it!

Was baited to the dealership with a different price. First rep didn't know what the price actually was and when I said we'd make a deal if they remove a package I didn't want they threw my keys at me and said "we're all in" They called back the next day to adjust the price after we walked out. So after actually taking to the manager they adjusted a few things and actually made a deal with no unnecessary up sells. That should of been the end of it. But they don't even know how financing works, still wanted my details even though I have an approved loan in which they just need to look up and run though their system. Jesse, biggest sexist prick who can't even do his job properly, can't even add up numbers for the correct down payment, so the loan is off from where it should be to increase the payment, can't tell if this was intentional or just incompetent. It's not even their loan provider! Not to mention just rude to myself and my wife. On top of all that, car wasn't clean, thanks for that handling fee... And the alignment is off, to which I can't get a service appointment for, and reading other reviews I should probably take elsewhere anyway!

These comments relate to our ownership of a 2018 Highlander and the service department. My point of reference is based on our experience of previously owning a Honda CRV. I had previously sworn off having our car serviced there as our previous experiences were not good. Our son had his oil changed there on a virtually new TRD 4RUNNER. They drained the oil, but forgot to refill it. The engine seized by the time he got to Top Golf. The last time we had the Highlander serviced there the Service Rep wanted to service the differential. We don’t tow anything and servicing the differential isn’t suggested until 50K miles, we had less than 30k miles. We had to go there as we had to deal with a factory recall, low pressure fuel pump replacement. Dropped the car off at 8:45 am. Took 15 minutes for someone to greet me as I stood by my car in the service queue line. No big deal, although strange as they weren’t busy. Since the repair was to take 4 hours I had requested a rental car which worked seamlessly. FYI: no complimentary coffee in the waiting room. At 3:30pm, 6 1/2 hours later, I hadn’t heard a word from the service department. I then started the 60 minute unrelenting campaign to talk to someone about whether my car would be done. I left a couple of messages, but crickets. I then just kept calling and told the receptionist that I wasn’t going away until I talked to someone. That process took 30 minutes. Yes, it really did as no one would answer their phone. I was finally successful and got my car just after 5:00 pm. I don’t know why they asked me for a recommendation as I told the Service Rep that he should consider working across the street at the Honda dealership. The Honda repair experience is far superior. Maybe Autonation should check it out. They never tried to sell me something that wasn’t necessary, the reception area has complimentary coffee and snacks, they contact you with updates, and they deliver your car clean and washed. Actually it’s pretty simple.

This dealership have an amazing service starting by the sales man Mike wan an amazing person he was able to hold a key for us because we were coming from more than 2 hours away. As soon we got there he took care of us and offered everything we needed to make the buying process more confortable with one kid and a newborn. I spent months looking for a 4Runner and I was able to find it there thank goodness. The financial lady Hira is such an incredible person that makes the process so easy that you don’t even feel stress by buying a car, thank you so much for helping us, definitely this dealership is one of the best or the best in the whole state of Colorado. Also Antony ray from service he was such a polite guy and was able to accommodate us last minute to install a few things we add to the 4Runner. I recommend you buy elsewhere, based on my experience. I received a dealership spec sheet from the Internet Sales Manager with a quoted MSRP. Requested out-the-door, all-in cost. Was given price $2,000 higher than quoted MSRP, together with new, out-of-nowhere protection plan fees of $1,500. Assumed it was a mistake. Called them on it. Was told no, no mistake, that's now the price, take it or leave it. Easy decision to walk away. For me, important to do business with sales rep and dealership that doesn't waste my time, and demonstrates integrity. Not too much to ask. Unfortunately, this place does not measure up on either front - instead, exemplifies stereotypical, not-to-be-trusted approach to selling cars. We can all do better.

I wish I could give a negative star! We took our Sienna to be checked in preparation for a road trip to Texas. Whoever worked on our breaks didn't tighten them enough and they broke. Luckily, we were about to make a turn at a traffic light when the front wheels locked because we lost part of the left front break. The other one was loose. If it had happen on the interstate, it would have been much, much worse. I cannot believe someone could be that careless!!!

We are not happy. We were to have a rental car. People at dealership did not follow up as to the failure of enterprise bringing the car over to dealership. I was there from 10am to 3:15. Enterprise was to have car there at 10:30. 1130. Talked to service they were going to get right on it. My wife got involved called 4 times. It turned out later it was to late for rental. Guess everyone was to busy. Will be considering either going to a different dealership or looking at a Cadillac or another brand.

We called ahead of time to get a sense of what the cost was for a HV battery for our hybrid. We explicitly asked multiple times and they told us with work included and the new battery and everything we need for the HV battery would be $600 approximately. This was said is the worst case price. We scheduled an appointment at which they said they would assess for $50 and then let us know exactly the amount if they do not need to replace anything and maybe there is something else going on. Then they tell us to replace the HV battery would be $4000 plus tax. So now we had to pay $50 for them to tell us what we already knew and waste half a day.

My service advisor Hunter was the absolute best at explaining things, offering suggestions for what maintenance my vehicle may need and most important to me was he gave me an idea of what to expect in the future so I can plan accordingly and budget for when I return. My vehicle was ready when he said it would be and I am extremely happy. I trust my vehicle 100% to Hunter and his team.

Buying experience was poor. Sales rep failed to disclose hail damages on the new Corolla we bought and then lied after the sale, saying he told us. A manager helped out and got the damage fixed, but the sales person was still employed there. Maintenance costs for oil change and transmission flush are the highest in town. By comparison, oil change at the Honda dealership on 104th is 30% less. Just draining & filling the transmission, only a small difference than an oil change, was also much higher than Honda.

We bought a used car and were told that a certified inspection had been done on the car. We took it to a mechanic anyway and they said struts and shocks were seeping and the boots were torn. $1800 repair needed. I called Auto Nation and was told that was normal wear and tear but per their inspection it said there was no issue with them. They refused to do anything to repair what they stated was in good condition. There is a part on their inspection that says “repair needed” and it wasn’t checked. Total [non-permissible content removed]!!! Don’t trust them. They will tell you anything to sell you a car. Will NEVER go back.

Are usually have a really good experience with AutoNation both are service and sales. However this time was not the same. I had two screws in my tire they immediately called me back and told me that they could not repair it and I would have to buy a brand new tire. I went to discount tires and they repaired it for free. So it seems like there was some fleeting going on at AutoNation regarding the tire. Also when I got my car back it was dirty inside and smelled awful like dirt and grease. That’s never been the case before. Quite disappointing this time.

I arrived 20 min early for my appointment. The service adviser took the car right away. The service was completed in half an hour instead of the 1.5 hrs initially stated. Basically all that was done, other than a check of all specified systems, was to rotate the tires. Everything was done to my satisfaction. The only disappointment was that you did not have a 2021 Sienna hybrid on the lot for me to look at, since that might be my next purchase.

Largest Dealership in the State of Colorado with the famous Moto "We do things differently" Ohhhh it's different alright...Ha Sales Manager Derek @ AutoNation Toyota on Arapahoe is "SO FULL OF IT" called to help personally with my deal since I had a terrible experience causing me to walk-out of the dealership. He called and was extremely friendly and polite over the phone promising to make everything wonderful the next day. So I showed up the next day with my wife but all I got was some BS old school car Salesman games. Wear the customer down with silly numbers and tactics so when a lesser number is offered we should be so grateful. This dumb dumb offered me a payment of $1,000 approx per month on 36 month Lease, no money down, excellent credit of 800+ for a Highlander Hybrid. Seriously??? What am I buying a $100K vehicle? The MSRP on the Hybrid was $52K so those numbers where ridiculous and made zero sense. The next day Stevenson offered it to me for $600 approx per month. Still high but shows clearly the deceit Derek the sales manager kept saying it's the "Money Factor" from Toyota which is total BS. People U can get BETTER Money Factors (interest rates) from your local Credit Unions. U DO NOT need to use Toyota credit to get your Leases especially if they keep saying it's the Money Factor causing the payment to be so high. It just means more commission for them. So sad especially since we have all evolved from those old car sales tactics and we have lots of information online to be fooled. Needed a shower after dealing with this guy. I had a different service rep instead of Bill Grubb who is excellent by the way. The service rep I had (Colin) told me when I got there (first in line) that my car would get in right away. I had a 7:30am appointment, but it got in after 8:30am instead. I also told him I had a discount and I showed it to him and he said he would put it on the invoice but he didn't. He also told me my car would be down by 9:30 but it was almost 10:00am when i finally saw it. I will make sure in the future that Bill is there when I come for service.

I had an appointment for 1:15. I arrived at 1:00 and was told the service would take 90 minutes. At 3:00 I walked into the Service area and saw my truck in the parking lot. I was told it would be another 45 minutes before they would start on my truck. I did not wait because I no longer trusted what Assistant Service Manager told me.

Experience was fine except for where they were supposed to rotate my tires and didn't I had a nail in my tire and upon getting a ride to pick up my truck I was told it was outside after paying for additional tire patch. Only to find the tire in the same position as when I dropped it off. I don't know if I should believe the rest of the service was done as well.

No Transparency at all on the final Sales price of the vehicle. Include packages and warranties that the customer does not need. Further, once the dealer forces you to purchase the packages, it is not even install on the car.

I bought a lifted Tundra from AutoNation and had problems with the suspension. Another Toyota dealership tried to address the issue but ultimately said the problem would persist due to the way AutoNation installed the lift. I tried to get AutoNation to address the issue but they said it wasn?t their problem (even though they admitted their lift caused the issue). I was not looking for them to fix everything or redo the suspension, I only requested that they fix the current problem (a broken axel boot) that was caused by the lift they installed and that I would address and pay for other work that was needed to fix the problem long term. They refused to offer any solution (fixing the problem at no charge, discounting the repair, splitting the cost, etc). They acknowledged that their lift caused the problem so the right thing to do (thought not technically required) would have been to fix it. They said these problems are common and occur on their lifted trucks because they only do a block lift and that puts too much strain on the axel and suspension. They said the salesman is supposed to have you sign a disclosure of this, which we were never provided. Horrible service, horrible customer relations! Don?t go her. But, if you need service I highly recommend Stevinson Toyota or Groove Toyota. Much better choices. Groove offers a much better buying experience as well so if you?re in the market go to Groove Toyota

I never write internet reviews, but felt compelled because there seemed to be no accountability at this dealer. I would rate the sales team we worked with as 4 stars and helpful. I would rate the financing team as 1 star because they changed our promotional rate without clearly communicating it, went through half of the process with the wrong VIN and did not include all of our copies of paperwork until we requested it. When we went to address the rate changes, a week of us calling finance yielded not a single response from anyone, except our sales guy. So I went in person to try to get a resolution and was met with an arrogant series of accusations that I don't know what I signed ("Is that your signature?") and the least customer service approach to dealing with a customer ever, basically saying I was too dumb to deal with all the math. I was told several times nobody could help me with my problem after I asked for a manager and I wasn't going to get anywhere (correct answer: 'how can I help make it right?) They could not be more of a caricature of what most people dread when buying a car: condescending, fast-talking and arrogant. I would say maybe consider buying your car here but definitely don't finance it here.

I made an appointment for 2pm for 5K service. I arrived on time but it took over 2 hours to complete the work. The actual work only took 15-20 mins but it was clear the service center was overbooked. The appointment was meaningless.

I had made an appointment for my car to be serviced and a couple of repairs. I mistakenly came in a day before my appointment. Instead of being turned away, I was told it wouldn’t be a issue and to leave the car. It would be done during the day. Scheduled an appt for 5k service. I pulled in to the building on time at 10:30am. There were only two other cars getting checked in. Despite the lack of customers, there were many service advisors standing around. No one came to check me in. After several minutes, I got out of my car and walked over to someone. They checked me in and I was told it would take 2 hours for the express service. I had planned on waiting, so I did. Two hours later they came to me and said they hadn't even started on my car and that there were ten cars ahead of me. They suggested I reschedule because it was going to take several hours or more if they could even get to it at all. I understand things happen, but shouldn't the service advisor check to make sure cars were getting serviced? What's the purpose of the appointment? It's disappointing to see the lack of consideration of someone else's time. There were no apologies or attempts to make it right. I left and they don't care that they had an unhappy customer that won't be coming back.

Great service. Car was ready when promised. There was a problem with the part, so I had to take it back a second time, but they got it corrected in 2 days and offered me a rental car, so I didn't have to wait again. Anthony was knowledgeable and helpful. It was great seeing Colin again - he's the absolute best! If you have the chance, I suggest requesting Colin as he will do everything possible to make your experience positive. He goes above and beyond. If Colin isn't available for some reason, then I would request Anthony. Actually, all of the service advisors I've worked with have been wonderful. (But Colin is still the best!) I don't mind taking my car into AutoNation because the experience is always positive. It sucks to have to take your car in anywhere - but at least this dealership goes out of its way to make things pleasant. I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota on Arapahoe!

Beware of this den of thieves........ My elderly mother just recently had the bad luck of dealing with the service side of this dealership. After over diagnosing the issues and need repairs on her vehicle to the tune of $5000. After speaking to a more reputable shop the actual cost for proper diagnosis and repair was 10% of what this deplorable organization tried to extort from her. Never again will I allow for this establishment, which she was loyal to for ten years take advantage of her thru such means. I suggest if you choose to get any diagnostic work done here you get a second opinion from another location no question.

bought a used van from them a couple days ago 5k. after getting it home seen it uses about a quart of oil every 100 miles no engine lights when low. noticed it was just power washed off and it had a ton of oil underneath engine covers . feels like I've been robbed !! was told that they couldn't do anything about it. that i should run oil treatment or take it to a mechanic. wasnt even offered to have a mechanic look at it or anything. guess I'm just S.O.L.

Bought a used vehicle less than a week ago. Already having engine issues. Tried to call them and was told that I had talk to the salesman that we bought it from. Emailed him the issues and being told that we need to run oil treatment to unclog it (the engine used all the oil within 450 miles). No warning lights came on. AutoNation is unwilling to help. Pretty much telling us that it's our problem now.

Sales staff was good, then this happened. Bought a certified (125pt inspection, "drive with Confidence") car and on day two of ownership discovered the entire cooling system full of sludge indicating possible major engine problems (head gaskets, cracked head, cracked block). Dropped it off and Autonation concluded that their tech mistakenly dumped oil in the cooling system as the engine tested ok. Car returned to me with flushed cooling system. After finding more sludge the next day, I spent the entire day repeatedly flushing system to remove the remaining contamination. Two days later, after jumping the car twice, the battery tested bad and I had it replaced at my own cost. I was told by the AutoNation service manager that "we should have caught that, we would have replaced a battery that old." It was the original 5 year old battery but there was no compensation for the oversight. Two big misses on the 125pt inspection cost me a lot of time and money. AutoNation response to my online revew: "our General Manager would love to talk with you and rectify these issues." AutoNation GM never returned my call.

Didn't know that oil changes took so long. What was supposed to be an hour and a half long appointment became a 3 hour appointment. The guy (something like Jeremy or Jared) didn't even check in with me. I had to go up to them to get an update on my car, only to be told that it would be another 20 minutes... which turned out to actually be 35 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment and giving an estimated wait time if you're not going to keep that appointment time. If a customer tells you that they will be waiting at the facility until the service is done, you better be sure to make their car a priority and move it up above cars with owners who are leaving to pick up at a later time. This has happened more than once to both me and other members of the family. Next time I'll be a LOT more vocal about getting updates and making sure that my car is actually being worked on so that I don't waste my day there. Oh, and if you're going to blast the radio while servicing the car, make sure to turn it OFF before returning it.

Overall, I was very disappointed in my experience at Toyota AutoNation Arapahoe. From the first encounter with the receptionist who did not even acknowledge we were standing there, to having an appointment with someone who was not working that day, to the extremely pushy financial manager, it was as terrible experience. I did find the car that I wanted and it is great, but my overall experience was bad and I will not be returning to this dealership. My sales person was extremely unprofessional and not willing to show me other cars or talk me through the financial process, he wanted a sale and to do the least amount of work possible. He also was unwilling to even attempt to get me a lower APR and said told me that was just the way it was. Then, the financial manager was extremely pushy and not willing to take 'no' for an answer on buying an extended warranty. Honestly, I felt bullied into saying yes and agreeing to something that was not explained well at all. I have since called back and talked to a different financial person and she was willing to help me cancel the policy and I do appreciate that. When I was getting ready to leave the dealership with my car, again my salesman, did not want to do anything extra to help. After waiting for 2 hours, my used car had been "cleaned" but was missing floor mats and he was going to send my away without floor mats until I requested the ones that came in the listing. On top of that, I do not think the interior of the car was cleaned and honestly it was super dirty. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I will not recommend this dealership or return to purchase another car.

I bought my car from this dealership before it was sold to Larry H. Miller. I moved and can?t find my warranty information. They confirmed my radiator was cracked though no one can get me my warranty info to get it covered. They sent me down the street to Auto Nation Jeep and they haven?t helped me either. Now it?s been over two weeks. I?m beyond frustrated with the customer service. Only Dave took time to try to figure this out. Though still no luck. My service rep was fantastic, yet he couldn?t help find the warranty either.

Toyota made my 15,000 mike checkup easy and painless. Scheduling was quick and availability was good. Drop off in the evening was convenient and the car was ready by 9 am the next day. The only service I would appreciate being added to a regular maintenance check is if they ran the car through the washer as a "nice to have." Would be great to get back a shiny, washed car.

I bought a 2020 Camry Hybrid last January from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe and had no problems with the purchase. They got me the car I wanted with the options I wanted. Five stars on the purchase experience. But I have to give them 1 star on their customer "service". My car now has just over 11K miles on it and it was completely dead in my driveway. I called the dealership to determine how this should be handled. Every day for five days I called the dealership. Sometimes twice per day. I spoke to a real person 2 times who told me the person I needed to talk to was with another customer but they would call me right back. All other calls were handled by their automated system which allowed me to leave messages with assurances that I would be called back "within 24 hours". I finally called another Toyota dealer and within 18 hours my car had been towed to their facility, the bad battery pack replaced, and was back at my house. It has now been two weeks since the original call and AutoNation Toyota Arapohe has never contacted me. Too bad, the Customer "Disservice" department at AutoNation Arapahoe cost them a customer.

The people were nice and the finance group was top notch, but in the end it?s the same old car buying experience. Back and forth between the manager and the sales person while I sit there and waste time. By comparison, the Tesla model is an example of what every dealer can (and should) be. I love Toyota, but as soon as Tesla makes a good truck I?m afraid I?ll only own Tesla?s. I wouldn?t recommend this dealership to a friend only because I wouldn?t recommend any old, outdated process to anyone.

I had an appointment at 10 AM and told them I was going to wait. They didn't start working on the car until 12PM. Nobody came to talk to me while I was waiting. Why schedule an appointment if it takes two hours before they even start on the vehicle? At east they could have came and told me it was gong to take longer than expected. Perhaps they don't care because this was a free Toyota service. I have had this same issue before with another Toyota vehicle. It seems like once you check in there is no contact with you until the vehicle is done. Last time it was an hour before the vehicle was taken in for service. This will be the last time I go to this dealership.

Came in with knock in my engine been getting worse but they stated it is supposed to do that. Then said to bring it back if gets worse, I?m just feeling uneasy with it.. my truck was under warranty when it started making noise and still is, just makes me feel strange. Didn’t go over what they did to my car. Didn’t offer a car wash but did to another gentleman but not me. Didn’t go over charges with me before performing extra services. Had known the price I would have declined. Didn’t even check my windshield wipers. One was torn but they didn’t notice because despite the fact not many customers were there that day the goal clearly was to rush me in and out. I was very disappointed in the transparency on the final charged price of my service. I was given an estimate of ~$770 for 90K service on my Highlander and when I arrived to pickup my car bill was $954.64. I had not recognized the discrepancy until after the Service person David Bantock ran my credit card and he looked puzzled and verified the original estimate. He rushed to give me a $100 credit without any justification or revised invoice for why that exact $100 was the correct credit. Tax and shop charge and hazardous waste removal only totaled roughly $89. This type of quick credit without exact justification in the service charge makes me not want to trust this dealerships service department

We took our 2003 Toyota Sequoia in for service because we heard a noise coming from the front passenger side of the car. We have 242,000 miles on the car with the original shocks. The dealer diagnosed our problem and replaced the shocks for us. We?re very happy with the work Auto Nation Toyota did on our vehicle.

Autonation was incredibly accommodating in my search for a new truck. I was too picky for anything on the lot so Neil Fitzmaurice set up an allocation on a truck with my exact specs from the manufacturer. Delivered significantly faster than the quoted time too!! I was speaking with a number of dealerships for months trying to secure this vehicle and Neil was BY FAR the most resposive, knowledgeable, and helpful associate of the lot. He put in the extra effort for a long time while I wasnt ready to buy just yet and absolutely earned my business. I had a lot of interactions with other sales staff at area Toyota dealers and no one holds a candle to Neil and Autonation Toyota Arapahoe!

They don’t pressure u and basically hand u the keys to test drive and when u come back they are like what do u think ! They don’t pressure u to buy it. They work with you! I needed a trailer break control installed, the Toyota part had been back ordered when I originally called in October 2020. I called again in January and was told no problem. I assumed I was getting a genuine part, however what was installed is a control I could have bought at an auto parts store and installed myself. My brand new car was at the dealership for 4 plus hours for a 30 minute job. When I picked it up it smelled of oil grease and gasoline. I had to wipe nasty dirty finger prints off my steering wheel and dash. And now the new car smell is of a greasy garage. I was also charged for hazardous waste disposal...when not a thing was disposed of. Very disappointed in this first experience,

they false advertise their contracts. especially if you go to purchase extended warranty and maint agreement they tell you one thing but in reality something else happens. they promised me free oil change and rotation for 3 years at signing but every other oil change they wanted to charge me for rotation. God knows what kind of excuses they come up with God forbid if I actually have to use the extended bumper to bumper warranty. question them to death at signing.

Normal 60K Maintenance performed. Appreciated performing only those truly needed or that were not performed elsewhere (e.g., tire rotation and balance performed at Non-Toyota tire dealer). Service appeared to take longer than the estimate indicated. Intermittent failing car battery was replaced. A 60 month battery was selected by owner although service documentation described the one actually installed as being a 40 month battery. Service Advisor did not call attention to this detail and it was noted by the car owner only after driving the vehicle home.

I've been going to Arapahoe Toyota for over 12 years. The service department technicians are all very nice and accommodating, but i've noticed that the quality of the workmanship has gone WAY down in the past 5 years. The other thing is that simple oil changes have been taking them 2-3 hours, even when i have an appointment. i thought service was the moneymaker for auto dealerships these days, but they dont act like it. I've started taking my Tundra to other places now for some of the service. its just so much faster and quicker to schedule than at AutoNation Toyota.

I had made an appointment for my 10K mileage maintenance, which is basically an oil change and tire rotation. I waited almost 2.5 hours for this service. The waiting room was crowed (not ideal during a pandemic). They obviously must have over booked appointments. In addition, the service man talked me into buying a jug of windshield cleaner. I paid for the windshield cleaner but was never received it. I was very displeased about my experience. I also find the employees at auto nation to be smug. Many were were not wearing a proper mask. Just a yuck feeling overall.

I brought in my granddaughter's 2007 Highlander V6 that I'd given her a year and a half ago for a 10,000 mile service with 21-point inspection and now feel confident that it's in excellent condition for her to be driving during these winter months on her way to work. Since it needed front and rear brakes in addition to the lesser maintenance items and I'd elected to wait for it (I live more than 10 miles away), I was at the dealership for several hours. Their facility is really well managed and clean, COVID guidelines are adhered to, and while wearing my mask (at age 85) I felt as safe as it's possible to feel these days.

While at the dealership getting a nail repaired in a tire, our service advisor informed us that we likely need new tires soon. Considering the current tires we have (purchased two years ago with a 5-year, 60K mile warranty) only had ~18K miles on them, we were very surprised. However, we were even more surprised when the advisor then told us that the wear on our tires would *not be covered* under warranty because the wear was likely due to alignment issues. Never once has an alignment been suggested on our vehicle, nor has this "exception" to the tire warranty ever been mentioned. Now *WE* get to go contact Bridgestone and submit a tire warranty claim on our own - sounds like a nightmare. This sure is a GREAT customer experience, thank you AutoNation Toyota for this great experience, along with selling us a false tire warranty.

After purchasing a Tacoma in Kennesaw GA, the vehicle went to limp mode near Greenwood Village Colorado, where we were still at a 9 hour drive from home. My girlfriend and I were driving my 2017 Tacoma that I had just purchased in Georgia. On New Year?s Eve night my truck went into limp mode and had a check engine light come on two miles away from the hotel we were staying at in Denver. A tow, a couple nights and a talk with the Georgia dealership later and I took my truck to Autonation Toyota Arapaho. From the beginning, Bill in the service department were great. We were in a pinch to say the least and he took good care of us - he explained what he and his technicians saw as the problems, offered suggestions and was very understanding. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I have purchased 9 new cars from Auto Nation. I took my car in for service a few months ago and was told I would need brakes on my next 5000 mile oil change. I took my car in at that next 5000 mile oil change and was told my brakes were good but I had an oil leak. Since I have noticed that I do not have any oil spots in my garage or driveway I asked where the leak was. The service tech named Rodriguez stated they did not know where the oil leak was and said they would need to take my car to their main shop to determine this. I asked if all my fluid levels were ok such as oil, power steering and brake fluid. He stated yes. Then I asked then how could I have an oil leak? No answer. I had my vehicle checked by an independent mechanic. Guess what no oil leak. Then they put my return mileage for my next oil change as 103,000 miles when in fact it should have been 88900. The finial thing was that Rodriguez said my vehicle would be ready in about 1-1/2 hours. Two hours into it and watching several people who had arrived after me being told their vehicles were ready I decided to check. I observed my vehicle parked in the parking lot. I tracked down Rodriguez and found him eating cookies in an office behind his service tech booth. I confronted him about my car and he state oh you are next up. That was a lie because he came into the waiting room and got a woman he was helping about a half hour after I came in and told her her vehicle was done. She only had a service job. This could be confirmed by Bill Grub. I always thought that this dealership was honest and provided great service. After this experience I have to wonder about their integrity and honesty. Very disappointed.

Requested new windshield wipers in addition to my 30000 mile maintenance. Spent over $800 on fluids and labor. It was a snowy day so when I left the service bay I turned on the windshield wipers. They obviously weren't tested/adjusted after they were installed. I could barely see out of the windshield. Small things like testing and adjusting are very important to customers. I hate to give a bad review but I was trying to solve a problem not create a bigger one.

You have LOST a customer definitely. I'm not going back there again. For a fog light replacement I got the estimate for $180. I was told that it will take 1hour labor part (the bulb). You must me kidding ? Takes one hour to change a fog light? And when a bulb itself cost around $20 only. Also my 2014 Corolla"s oil change was done that day. They charged me almost $100. For a full synthetic oil change, $100 is way too much. I did it so many time on this vehicle and my other car from this dealership and never paid that price. I will never ever go back to this place, PERIOD. Total rip off! Travis, the service rep was nice and friendly.

Bottom Line: David Conti is the gold standard by which all other sales personnel should strive to achieve! I realize even though I feel very good about the deal I negotiated with David, the dealership still made a huge profit. However, because of David's professionalism, integrity, motivated attitude (without being pushy/obnoxious), and willingness to work with me, I'm confident in stating this was by far the most positive car buying experience I ever had. I was up front with David in letting him know I was in negotiations with him and another Toyota dealership. David not only went above and beyond when it came to matching the vehicle package options but he also beat the price offered by the other dealership. Finally, when I asked David about hidden costs he was very transparent. I purchased a RAV4 from this other dealership back in August and I was very disappointed how they came up with multiple hidden costs even after we agreed upon a purchase price. One of these hidden costs included some BS charge for dealership windshield camera re-calibration This is a BS charge because companies like Safelite Autoglass have trained/certified technicians who can re-calibrate windshield cameras. To David's credit none of these hidden charges popped up. The price we negotiated was the price I paid and we did this all via telephone, email, and text conversations. On the day I picked up the vehicle, I was literally in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes and this included signing all paperwork. Because of the OUTSTANDING service provided by David, I will definitely consider and highly recommend others to consider AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe when looking for a Toyota.

purchased a used car for my daughter. we were pressed to go with a more expensive car as it was "safer", as it was an all wheel drive car, so thats what we bought. I was told it was a 1 owner 0 accident car, turned out to be a 2 owner 2 accident car, and the all wheel drive doesn't work. We just learned the all wheel drive issue now that we've had our first snow, and all I can get out of this dealer is "its a used car." They take no responsibility or have any remorse over selling a 2wd car for the price of a 4wd car, to a 17 year old kid. I wouldn't just stay away from this dealer...I would RUN away.

Other bad experience. Took my truck in because my sunroof was not closing properly. (Sun roof was closed when I dropped off). (Snow was in forecast) I was told I had a extended warranty on my truck and everything was covered. When I return to pick up truck I noticed (sunroof opened). They said they could not fix it. And Charged me $90, And nothing was repaired also the roof lining in interior of truck was just hanging down! I ask the tech kid" So I'm supposed to just drive around with a open roof in a snow storm and damage the inside of my truck" the kid says I sure hope not"Every time I take my truck in for service I regret ever purchasing my truck at this place. There is so many bad experience I could talk about but I'll leave it to the latest. PS: took to a independent Mechanic. It took them 15 minutes to understand what the problem was and was able to close my sunroof before the snow storm. This place has really really gone downhill. So said during the week of Thanksgiving all they wanted to do was take.

Showed up for an oil change at 30k after waiting 3 weeks before they could get me in. They told me they didn’t have my service contract. Triple checked. Luckily I had my paper work in my glove box as they weren’t going to give me the service that I paid for which they basically bullied me into. I’d be careful paying for service contracts from these people. Makes me wonder about the clear coat bra I purchased as well. Last time I came in for service, I tried to drop a car for an oil change then come back with another one intending to swap it out for the night so they could do 4 hours worth of recall work. They confused the care up and then didn’t have the work done when I got back the 2nd day and had to put me in a rental car for 2 days. Maybe I should have bought that Subaru Ascent instead...

Before dropping my grandpa's car off for new tires and an oil change, we asked about checking the alignment. In a voicemail they left when the car was ready, they said alignment was fine, but in the paperwork we got back, they marked 'declined alignment'. This could possibly effect our warranty. We also asked about checking the brakes and since we last had them checked at this same location, they've magically increased. This makes no sense. Since then, we've attempted to call and ask about this at least 5 times across a week. Not one employee has called back. Horrible customer service.

Was having an issue with the lift gate actuators on my 2013 RAV4 purchased at this Autonation dealership. Took the car in for a diagnoisis of the problem. The service rep said it was the passenger side lift actuator and the motor inside the lift gate and that the technician wiggled a wire to get it to work. I had already researched this issue thoroughly and explained there is no motor in the lift gate (the actuator does all the work), but he was insistent. Not satisfied with his response, I asked to speak to the service technician (to learn how he got it to work). He appeared put off at my request, went over to the service bays, and came back saying the service rep was too busy. When I asked specifically what wire he "wiggled" he couldn't say. Final frosting on the cake was when the bill included $11.74 for disposal fees. I challenged it to which the service rep said it's included on all invoices. So, taking a panel off the lift gate, wiggling a wire, and closing it back up required that I pay for a disposal fee. Disposal of what? What a racket. Doubt I will ever return. Poor customer service and inappropriate service fees.

I have five Toyota's, one I purchased at this dealership and have serviced four of them there. They do a good job for the most part. My issue is I receive mailers from them that have several service coupons in them each with an expiration date in the future EXCEPT the 25% off next service is always expired by several months. I tried to use the coupon twice recently and was told they did not accept it because it had expired. When I showed them three such mailers I was told it was a corporate issue and when I reached out to one of the managers he took a picture and told me someone would call me -crickets. This practice is dishonest at best and casts a poor light on the dealership. The way I look at it once is an oversight, twice is a pattern and three or more times is a habit. This is a habit and in my opinion borders on fraudulent advertising. It is a shame that it keeps happening -I wont go back until they reach out.

Let me start with Bill Grubb, the man who helped me during the entire process. From the initial phone call, all the way through to the pick up of my vehicle, Bill made the process seamless and painless. My preconceived notions (too expensive, hard to work with, etc) of taking a vehicle to the dealership were wiped away as soon as I met Bill in the service dept. We spoke in depth about what I thought were the needs of the car, what my budget was and what my expectations were for an older Toyota that I just needed to last a couple more years. Not only did Bill not pressure me into unnecessary fixes, he even consulted me on why some of my wants were unnecessary. Fast forward 3 days later, my mother’s car (did I mention this was for my mom) is running like it has 100K lees miles on it and I didn’t have to break the bank. More importantly, my mother is ecstatic. I’ve had a couple forgettable experiences at dealerships, this is not one of them. Actually, when I look back, the majority of my dealings with dealerships have been positive but this one is right at the top. A happy mama = No drama!! In closing, I wholeheartedly recommend the Auto Nation Toyota Service team for all your auto service needs! Trust me, they’re a step above the rest. While you’re there, or when you call, ask for Bill Grubb...he’s mama approved! 😁👍

They should have repaired, the left weel lug, (safety / dangerous issue) The fuel injection went out after 243 miles in the middle of nowhere. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased a Mercedes GLS for $46000 on July 29 but needed to have a couple of things to fix, like windshield, torn tire, muffler tip. It took more than 2 weeks to deliver my Mercedes. Not everything was fixed but the salesman said it was the best they could do. So I took delivery of the Mercedes on August 14 and went home, thinking that if I didn't like the vehicle I had 5 days 250 miles money-back guarantee. After a couple of days, I was not happy with the vehicle so I decided to return the vehicle and get my money back. I went back on August 17 to return the vehicle. When I went to Autonation I was told that I couldn't return the Mercedes because the 5 day is from purchase, not the delivery. I asked the salesperson and the manager why nobody told me the clock started the moment I paid $46000 for the Mercedes, all they could say was you signed it, and I said I didn't have possession of it how could I return it in 5 days when you were fixing it! I was taught a very good lesson This is from their own website. The 5-Day, 250 Mile return policy applies to all Used Vehicles. The time and mileage will start when the vehicle is delivered to the customer in-state or out of state.

I made it clear on the phone that I wanted to cancel both, and they only canceled the service plan. I had to wait eight weeks to figure that out because I was told it could take that long to see the change in my loan, which means that I've had to pay for this warranty for two months out of my own pocket. I was sent an email asking to review, so here it is. TL;DR: They lied, tried to correct it, and still no proof they didn't lie the second time. I went to get 35,000 mile service on my Tacoma (main concern being tire rotation). I was concerned with the truck slightly pulling to the right while driving on flat roads as well, so I had them check the alignment. Of course, according to them, it needed one. Had no reason to not trust them, so I opted to do it. When I picked up the truck, it still slightly pulled to the right. I checked the alignment print out they gave me, it was not for my vehicle. Had the date from the day before on it, different VIN and different tire size. Then I checked the tire pressure they said were all at 32, they were not. I brought it back in, they said they just grabbed the wrong paper work by accident but would do the alignment again. Even after this time, still was given paper work with the wrong timestamp on it, as well as wrong customer name and VIN number. Can't even give me the alignment paperwork with my correct VIN... which leads me to believe they never actually did it either time. Wrong with paper work: - Tire pressure - Alignment paperwork - Also possibly the tire tread and brake thickness, as I can't be sure what to trust on the paper Right with paper work: - Amount charged to my credit card

I was greeted very soon after arriving at the service department and left my vehicle there for a technician to examine and make a recommendation about the leaking CV boots. About two hours later, service writer William Grubb called with the recommendation of fixing the leaking boots and gave me the cost estimate. Three hours later Mr. Grubb called and stated my vehicle was repaired and I could pick it up. Picking my vehicle up went smoothly and the cost did not exceed the estimate. I appreciate the excellent service I received.

The service department was great when I took my Corolla in for it's 65,000 mile maintenance. They had flagged that there was an airbag issue recall on my model and before even greeting me with the 65k mile maintenance paperwork, they had checked to confirm that they had the parts in stock for the recall. They estimated it would take 2 to 3 hours, so I decided to wait for it. I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready in an hour and a half! I've generally had great experiences when purchasing or leasing a vehicle here, and with their servicing of my vehicles on the maintenance plan I always purchase.

Travis my service consultant was amazing he had a great sense of humor which made me feel comfortable as soon as I drove in to service. All of my dash alarms went on on my 2019 Toyota Tundra. I took it in and was told an abs sensor was broken off . Not covered by my extended warranty. Cost to fix, $ 500 . While waiting for part to come in we looked at it. An exposed plastic sensor, on the rear brake assembly. On an off road truck. When I asked the tech why it wasn’t covered, he said it was rare and probably wouldn’t ever happen again. We looked on line, and it happens so often you can by a cover for these not made by Toyota. For $200 for all 4. I asked the tech if a cover was made he said no. Toyota, you need a xxxxxxx like myself, who lives off grid on a 4 wheel drive road to test your off road trucks. I’m sorry you have your techs lying to clients about an obvious flaw on the tundra truck. Otherwise my little TT(for tiny truck) handles our 3 miles of 4wd driveway admirably as long as he has studded mud/snow tires.

We are very disappointed with our car purchase experience. Being a Toyota family we found a used car at this dealership for my daughter. After some phone conversations, we settled on the vehicle, and were told that the car would be delivered to us. When it came time to purchase, we were told that was not available, so we drove across town. When we arrived, we went to the area we were instructed to meet at. No one had any idea who we were. After 30 minutes, a lot tech roared up with the car, said he couldn't speak to us, and went inside. A salesman showed up and said we could sign the papers. No test drive offered. I suggested a drive, he said ok. When we returned, he instructed us into the service garage to sign papers. He did not know anything about the vehicle. After another 30 minutes a woman appeared with the documents. I tried to ask her a couple of questions, she said I should speak to the salesman. Never saw him again. after signing the docs and paying cash, we sat for about 15 minutes. Another lot tech appeared, put the temp tag on, and told us to go. No thank you, any questions, anything. The car was "delivered" with a 1/4 tank of gas and badly frosted headlights(safety issue). Please reevaluate your sales processes, at this point this Toyota family will not return, and will dissuade anyone else form doing so.

I was pretty nervous about buying my first car in the middle of a pandemic but Zach B made it happen! He was very responsive and respectful. I thought it would take a week or more to get my car but Zach had everything (INCLUDING WINDOW TINT) done within 24 hours. I don?t remember the sales manager?s name but he was great and helpful as well. He really worked with me when it came to trading in my old car. Lastly, Roberto in finance had all of the paperwork ready when I arrived and we got out of the dealership within two hours from start to finish. We always have a great experience here. We have been buying cars here for over 18 years. We have purchased 5 vehicle here. This car was for our 16 year old daughter and she drove all the cars we looked at and really loved that the sales person treated her as an adult. We were a little disappointed that we did not get the price we made the appointment with. The price of the Subaru increased 2 thousand doors when we decided to purchase the car. One thing my wife noticed was the sticker price was not on the car? That was disheartening seeing how our daughter loved the car. We saw the car on line for 15 and it was 17 plus when we purchase the car? But other than that we enjoyed our purchase.

I had my first oil change on my new 4Runner and the people at AutoNation were so friendly and kind. They went over what the 10,000 mile check entails, what they look at, go over, fill fluids, rotate tires, etc. They also answered my questions about the new lights that are brighter. Right now they are only out for the Tacoma but are working on the lights for the 4Runner. We also talked about the blackout option and tinting two of my windows. They never seemed annoyed or distracted when I asked my questions, which I am always nervous asking questions because cars are something I don’t know much about. They were so polite in answering all my questions and did it with a smile!

Our treatment by the finance director at THEIR mistake for assessing taxes incorrectly has been AWFUL. This man has NO integrity, wasn't even at our signing and now blames us, accusing us for "not paying our taxes". We put a down payment, signed papers and have been making our monthly payments. Now we have to come up with another $1300 because of THEIR errors. AND apparently this is covered because it's in hidden writing in the agreement, yet was NEVER mentioned at our signing. This is not our first vehicle. And at the signing I mentioned that the tax percentage was too low and we were told it was correct. We even had our daughter buy her car from this dealership before we realized what they were doing to us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

First bad experience here. This is also the first service not on the Toyota Care plan. -Told me my tires had less than half life on them when I got new tires from Autonation approx. 4K miles ago. -Told me my engine and cabin filter were nasty and needed to be replaced. I replaced them myself 2 months ago. I checked them when I got home and they were perfect. -Engine cover was just floating under the hood and not put back. -Not a big deal but missing one of my tire valve covers. -$85 to add fuel treatment and oil treatment... come on (over priced). -pushed unnecessary services although recommended in their system but optional for 30k service. I won’t be coming back here, they told me my brakes are getting close to Be needing replaced, but how can I believe them after the first two lies. On a good note, I was quoted 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotate and they were done in 45 minutes!
